We truly enjoyed our time at the artful abode, which lived up to its name in its tasteful, serene design and its location in a beautiful area near the north foothills of Boulder. The rooms were well appointed, including the kitchen which had all the things we needed to cook, beds were comfy, the terraces were much enjoyed during the mornings and evenings, and a lovely of network of trails were easily accessible to our group. Annie was prompt with directions and helpful tips, and went out of her way to assist us without being intrusive. A wonderful stay, we would definitely rent here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Artful Abode! Is there a way to give the host more than five stars for communication?!The home had a wonderful combination of excellent places for all of us to spend time together and enough room for privacy, The house is beautifully appointed and well stocked with all the essentials for our stay.Awesome!

This is a very comfortable house that has both cozy spaces and plenty of spacious bedrooms for a bigger group. We also took advantage of all the outdoor seating!

Wonderful stay in Boulder

Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Convenient to dinning and hiking, we definitely plan to return here on our next visit to Boulder. And the host was a dream, very thorough and easy communications.

Great house, great host

Spacious house with everything you need, lovely front and back porches, and a great neighborhood right next to a beautiful park. Annie was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home on a quiet street

We enjoyed our recent stay in Boulder so much! Location is perfect, easy walk to park with playground and nearby shops. The home was clean and peaceful with enough space for everyone to enjoy quiet time to relax after outdoor adventures.

Beautiful house with lots of nooks for family to spread out - really great decks and kitchen for cooking and comfortable shared living spaces. Read the layout carefully to make sure it actually works for you - there is an amazing sunny master bedroom suite, but you have to go through it to access the roof deck, and the other 3 bedrooms are in the basement and share bathrooms which may or may not bother you. Host is lovely and very responsive. Walking distance to parks, trails and markets.

Great experience and Annie was a pleasure to plan with!

Property was in a quiet location with easy walking access to town of Boulder and the Sanita Hills for hiking. House had an open floor plan and living space and all was impeccable. I would go there again !

Everything about our time in Boulder was A. The house was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational needs, from the lay out of the house to the fully-stocked kitchen to the many decks where we enjoyed early morning coffee to sunset dinners. Also, the location was fabulous. We found a wonderful hike from the house (Dakota Ridge) and strolled to Pearl Street for a great dinner. Highly recommend this house and the owner (very responsive) when visiting Boulder!

Best Host evet

We could not have been happier with our stay at artful abode. Annie is the best hostess, helping navigate my online rental. House was fantastic in a great neighborhood. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to walk there if we chose. North Park was a real plus for grandsons to get out and play. Just Awsome. Thank you.

Excellent Boulder home

One of the best VRBO house rentals that we've ever tried! Top notch appliances, fully stocked kitchen with high quality cookware, detailed written instructions on everything, easy to use house, and super helpful owner. Eco-friendly design of house with water-cooled AC is so thoughtful and considerate. Only a 3-5 minute walk to the mountains and 20min easy walk to downtown Pearl Street. Wonderful time!

College Move

The house and Annie were both remarkable. The home was a wonderful place to navigate a college transition. We were able to cook and share some quality time with our son and be in nature. We had all that we needed! Instructions at the house were perfect. Nothing left to chance. We are so grateful.

Zen House in Boulder

My family stayed at the zen house in Boulder during my daughter's graduation weekend from Naropa. It was a perfect way to spend the weekend with family. The immaculate, sunny, open house felt like home. Since the weather was not great, we spent more time hanging out inside than usual when in Boulder. If we had been at a hotel it would have been impossible. Plus, because we loved the house so much, it was a pleasure. The owners are great to work with and made the experience easy. I hope to stay there again if my daughter remains in Boulder. I highly recommend this treasure.

We were three couples and enjoyed having private space but great common areas to enjoy meals and fellowship. The neighborhood was convenient and walkable. Annie's place was clean and well-stocked with cooking essentials like spices and condiments. Annie checked in on us a few times to make sure we were doing OK. Check-in was easy and we had no problems accessing the place. We loved the outdoor space off the kitchen. The home is tastefully decorated and the yard is neat and well-thought out with native plants. We were very comfortable at the Artful Abode and would definitely book there again.

Perfect family spot in Boulder.

We rented here for a week while traveling to Boulder for both business and family. The house was in a perfect location to enjoy all of what Boulder has to provide. The check in and out process was super easy thanks to Annie. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

Best of Boulder

Annie provides a modern, environmentally friendly home that provides the ideal location. Close enough to Pearl to walk and also far enough away for quiet, privacy and gorgeous views from the rooftop deck. Our adult family of eight was very comfortable and enjoyed all the gathering areas inside and outside of the house. Great memories and frictionless check in and check out.

Great location, wonderful home!

The house provides excellent privacy when traveling with other family members, couples, etc. There are three massive suites, each equipped with its own bedroom, television, additional space (e.g. living area, loft, outdoor), and bath. The property is extremely well maintained and comfortable. Very clean, as well.
