Tasteful, quiet, well equipped kitchen, short walk to town, easy access to I-70

Surrounded by pine and aspen trees at the quiet, west end of town, just off Main Street, this well appointed condo is only blocks from the heart of downtown Frisco. It is adjacent to Ten Mile Creek and just steps away from the Free Summit Stage bus stop, a 10 minute trip to Copper Mountain. The location off the west Frisco exit on I-70 avoids the congestion of the Highway 9 exit.

This condo is tastefully decorated and has a cozy mountain feel. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and it sleeps 5 adults comfortably.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, very large closet with plenty of hooks and shelves, and a private full bath. Sliding glass doors take you out to the deck with adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The deck has views of Mount Royal.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet.

The main living area has a HD Smart TV, Sonos sound bar, high speed wifi (300/10 mbps) and gas fireplace. The couch is a pull-out with a comfortable mattress.

The entry way has a bench, hooks and shelving for easy storage of gear. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There is a coffee grinder, cuisinart coffee maker and espresso machine for coffee lovers.
A washer and dryer in the unit (detergent provided) adds to your convenience.

The Lodge at Riverbend is on a private road, within easy walking distance to trails and downtown Frisco. There is a reserved covered parking spot as well as a locked storage area for your skis or bikes. There is an additional reserved parking spot outside.

The unit is one flight up and there is an elevator. This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, HOA rules state no pets!

The building only has 17 units, most part-time, so you will likely have the outdoor hot tub to yourselves. There is a yoga mat, exercise ball & foam roller in the unit.

A pathway behind the building leads to Ten Mile Creek. The Summit Rec Path is a block away. Whole Foods and Safeway in Frisco are only 5 minutes away.

Sorry, no long term rentals in the peak seasons.

The Town of Frisco has a noise ordinance policy & this condo is in a quiet building. If you like to party, please don't book. Thank you!

Great place and location

Property is an amazing location with very easy access to downtown Frisco by walking and close to all the ski areas especially copper. House has very comfortable bedding and is very well kep. I will stay here again.

Great value

Our family enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. Location is quiet yet close to downtown Frisco. Communication was excellent. We would stay here again.

Gerri's Place Was Great

Well maintained property and our best VRBO experience ever! Every detail expertly managed! We love to cycle in the Summit County area and this location is close to Rec Paths, trailheads (hiking) and Main Street (shopping/dining)!

Cozy, Wonderful Stay Close to the Mountains!

Gerri's place was a perfect landing pad for us after long days on the mountains. Frisco is adorable and the house is perfectly appointed and cozy -- we loved our stay!

Very cozy stay!

Thanks to the owner for an amazing stay. We enjoyed staying in this condo. Although, we were under the impression that the second bedroom had a bathroom in it, instead of adjacent to it. My group consisted of two couples. We made the best of it though. It was located within 1-2 hours from our designated destinations to visit. Only a few minutes from a shopping plaza that had every place we needed to visit including a TJ Maxx. We did notice what seemed to be dog hair getting on some of my guests’ clothing. The owner had the place decorated very nicely for Christmas. We would definitely stay here again. She was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which was a major plus because we had an early morning flight arrival.

Great Frisco stay

It was a great place for our family of 3. Great location - quick to jump on I-70 to Copper and a short drive to downtown Frisco (would certainly be walkable in good weather). Condo was clean with nice beds and kitchen supplies.

Location, location, location

The host was wonderful and responsive. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. An added bonus is that the property had an elevator and covered parking. The location was perfect, it allowed to walk to Main Street and enjoy its many points of interest.

Celebrating the New Year in Summit County

My teenage daughter and I spent a week around new year in Gerri’s property in the Lodge at Riverbend. It is as described and more. We really enjoyed its floor plan, cozy “winter in the mountains” feeling provided by the furniture, gas fireplace and decorations, including a beautiful Christmas tree!The kitchen and laundry room are practical, well equipped and include many basic necessities (spice rack, cleaning supplies, etc.) typically not found in rental properties.The entire unit is very well maintained and very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the towering Mount Royal. Its location is ideal if you are a winter sports enthusiast and need to hit several ski resorts to satisfy your needs for snow.The community hot tub was very enjoyable after long days on the slopes.In summary, Gerri’s property was the perfect find and we will not hesitate to book it again.

Lovely respite for a post surgery stay

My husband had ankle replacement surgery at Steadman in Vail. We had to stay in Frisco for post surgery therapy as it was not available in our town. The condo was perfect.Clean, well stocked. It was in a beautiful setting, quiet, with a lovely short path to the nearby creek and a short walk to downtown Frisco There was an elevator from the parking garage. The condo was right down the hall from the elevator. Everything was on one floor

Great condo

We went to the mountains for a short, relaxing 3-day vacation. We stayed mostly at or near the condo, enjoying the view from the balcony, the aroma of the pines, the beauty of the aspen, wild roses, and columbine, the sound of the nearby stream, the activity of the hummingbirds as they fed, and the short walk to the bridge to see the stream. This is the perfect spot, well located, quiet, and peaceful. Gerri was great. We hope to return.

Well stocked, great location

Most well stocked place we’ve stayed! Organized, clean, exactly like described.Lots of small details that made you feel at home. Great communication from host. Location was perfect - close to the highway but within walking distance to shops and food. Highly recommend.

Perfect home-base for ski stay

Gerri's condo is lovely - it was exactly as shown, very spacious and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked the kitchen was! The location is great, just off the Frisco main street and a short drive to Copper, Keystone, A-Basin, and Breck. The hot tub was a really nice bonus. Parking was also super convenient and easy, especially with the storage unit right there. We will definitely look to come back!

Great Condo

Great location and neighborhood. We enjoyed staying at this Condo. Gerri was quick to get back to us when we called asking a question. Loved the covered parking, it snowed while we were there. The condo was super comfy for my husband and I and our adult son. Nicely stocked kitchen. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

I almost don't want to let it be known how great a destination Frisco is. This condo was located just off of Main Street within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping. I was surprised how busy Silverthorne was and how pleasant the town of Frisco was. It was a winter wonderland with access to every winter activity imaginable. The condo was very clean, comfortable and convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Frisco

Gerri is a great host. Communication about the property was excellent. Instructions to access all the amenities were spot on. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook a full meal for the family. Access to I-70 is a big plus. Our family spent a few days Skiing on the slopes at Copper mountain and being able to access I-70 easily was a huge plus. There is a free summit county bus route from a bus stop outside the condo complex to the slopes that we didn't use but thought was a great amenity to have. The condo is also very close to some great restaurants in downtown Frisco. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to visiting again next year.

No toilet hot tub. Got charged for carpet clean Nightmare

I had a problem with the toilet and the hot tub didn’t work. Then the owner changed me for the strains on the carpet I didn’t do. I have rented a lot through vrbo and never had a problem. Will double think renting in the future. A bit of a nightmare

Very Disappointing

You walk into this unit to an unpleasant smell of natural gas and something from the kitchen we could not identify. We ended up turning off the gas to the fireplace to get rid of the disturbing gas smell. The fridge and cupboards had a fair amount of food in them, most of which was expired or about to expire. The kitchen utensils were insufficient for actually cooking meals. (For example, the cheese grater was so rusted it would have been a health hazard to use.) The master bed was very uncomfortable and the smallest "queen" I've ever experienced. One of the windows nearly smashed our daughter's finger off because the catch did not work properly and when closing it would free-fall down the frame. Most glaring, the hot tub, part of the amenities we payed in full for ahead of our stay, was unusable for almost our entire stay. Our Summit County vacations are a time to hike, relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. When we return from a day of hiking we enjoy a soak in the hot tub to rejuvenate those tired muscles. One of our criteria is a working hot tub, which is featured prominently in the amenities for this unit. After PAYING IN FULL we were told it would not be working for the first day or two that we were there, but in reality the hot tub was under some sort of construction and did not work until the final 3 days of our 10-day stay. (Worker's on the unit were noisy and made it impossible to sleep in or relax in the unit starting at 7 a.m.) The owner's response was that it wasn't her fault and when we asked for a reasonable compensation for the fact that our vacation was significantly damaged SHE NEVER EVEN RESPONDED! She clearly did not care because she had our money. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Amazing place to stay in Frisco

We had a wonderful stay with Gerri. She was very communicative, the lodge was very easy to find and access and really comfortable and warm. We enjoyed the big kitchen which was really well stocked with essentials for cooking and the hot tub. Just a 3 minute walk to the bus to Copper Mountain which came every hour and was very convenient.

I bought this condo because I wanted to be close to the town of Frisco and the rec path. I ski Copper and it is steps away from the free Summit Stage. In only 10 minutes, you are at Center Village at Copper. Single track mountain biking and hiking is right outside the door as well as great road riding. I wanted a quiet location in a newer building and this was perfect.
