The whole family enjoyed the stay. Host was very responsive when we messaged them for questions, caught decent size of fish and some crabs. We definitely will come back. Thank you for the experience.

We just booked the property in May 2026. The location was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The property owner was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return and book again.

Great stay

My family really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable with lots of fun things to do at the house. We also enjoyed the location and fishing off the pier. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Perfect spot!

We loved the views! We especially enjoyed the breezy porch off the main floor overlooking the bay. The birdhouse and birds were a treat to watch.

Great Getaway near home

Fantastic Home right in the middle of it all. The Owners are very friendly and place is extremely well kept. We are looking forward to staying again and again!

Fun property in a funky location

Great premises for a larger group, not far out of Houston proper. Tim the host was very helpful during our stay. Kemah is a funky, fun area.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Retreat. The outdoor spaces are the star of the show. Great proximity to the Boardwalk. Our party took full advantage of the fishing pier and patios. Tim was a great host T Theoutdoor

Family time

We had a great stay for the second time at this Kemah property. Tim is a great host & offers a beautiful home super close to the Kemah Boardwalk. The family enjoyed the fishing pier, exploring the Boardwalk & relaxing. We made lots of great memories & hope to stay again soon!

Great house and location

Great place for a stay that is walking distance to the Kemah Boardwalk. House was clean and cool. Great views of the bay. Overall excellent experience. If there was one thing to improve on it would be the privacy of the backyard as people kept coming into/near the backyard because the view from there is just that amazing.

Great place for a family getaway!

This place is in a great location! You can walk to a lot of restaurants and bars and the boardwalk is right next door. There is plenty of separate spaces so you’re not on top of each other unless you want to be. We came with 10 adults and a dog and it was great! We all liked hanging out at the tiki bar. The fishing pier being attached to the property was fun too! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Weekend

We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the house! Everything was clean and well maintained! Mr. Tran extended our check out so we could enjoy most of the day Sunday as well. Although the weather wasn't the greatest we could not have asked for a better location and house!

Boo Crew

This is our fourth time to stay at the seaside retreat. We love it. The location is perfect being next to the Kemah Boardwalk and several restaurants. Great house for couples with the in-suite bathrooms. Love the back covered patio. It’s a nice spot on a warm day due to the shade and gulf breeze. We will stay there again! Thanks Tim for being a great Host!
