Overlooking Galveston bay is this newly remodeled beautiful vacation rental home. It is located in the heart of Kemah Lighthouse Entertainment District. The home is only minutes walking distance from the popular Kemah Boardwalk, world class restaurants and charming Kemah old town gift shops. It is a 4 bedrooms, 4 baths on 3 different levels : 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on the main floor, a detached bedroom with its own bath is on the ground floor, another bedroom is on the top floor with its own bathroom & a private balcony overlooking the water. There is a 230 ft private pier and boat dock. The unique feature of this house is the huge 2,800 square feet wrap around deck, with a Tiki hut and hammocks area under the oak trees. This is a beautiful home with stunning views of the bay, a huge deck complete with outdoor bar is great for relaxing and entertaining.

Home Layout:

3 bedrooms, 3 baths in the main home
1 detached guest bedroom and bath underneath the main home
1 wrap around deck with Tiki hut, sitting area under the beautiful oak trees.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor is primarily for parking but the Guest bedroom is also located here. It has a queen size bed, full bath, closet and very spacious. There is an open area under the main house that can be used for sitting or alternate entertaining area in case of bad weather.

Main Floor:

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on this floor. The Seashell bedroom has a queen bed. The Sailboat bedroom has 2 bunkbeds full over full. One of the bathroom is accessible to the entertaining deck. You also find a kitchen, living room, dinning room open floor concept with 6 huge floor to ceiling windows giving you the stunning view of the bay.

Top Floor:

This top floor consists of a bedroom with its own bath, many windows, a private balcony overlooking the water with incredible view of the bay.

I was have a good time to stay at the pelicans house. We were enjoying to fishing at the deck, caught so many fish and some blue crabs .

Activities All Around

This house is located near the Kemah Boardwalk and has close proximity to the amusement park and restaurants. The house was amazing, has some of the best sunrises, and with multiple full bathrooms, can easily accommodate large groups.

Fourth of July celebration

We all had a wonderful time. The house was perfect perfect location close to the boardwalk waterfront property it’s been three weeks after we left and we’re still talking about how much fun we had. Can’t wait to do it again.

Absolutely Perfect

This was an absolutely perfect stay, from start to finish. I had to book last minute because another rental fell through, and the host was unbelievably quick to respond and confirm our booking. The house is stunning, and the location could not be better. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed this home. I would love to stay here again and again. We truly did not want to leave! Cannot recommend enough.

Roomy Ultraclean on the Bay

Just about as advertised. No problems or complications. A dated building and equipment kept in remarkable operational shape, and squeaky clean.

Amenities were good, location was great. House smelled like cat pee when I entered. Had to buy febreeze and candles. Floors were dirty- socks and feet were black. Music from bars was so loud, could feel the bass until 3am. Called cops for noise violations at midnight each night. Random cars pulling into the driveway at all hours to turn around or go to the lighthouse- was a little unnerving for a female staying there alone.

This House is Amazing! Family said it was the best they ever been to. Teenage Kids loved the Boardwalk! Two minute walk and lots of fun rides and games. Wife and I were able to walk to local bars and restaurants, literally 1 block from the front porch. The cherry on top was the Awesome Lighted Pier!!! Caught lots of fish! Bulls and Trout were biting like crazy. The House was Amazing and Beautiful!!! The outdoor deck and Bar were also amazing. This is our New To Go House! Family came wait to go back. The Host was very Helpful and responded quickly with any question.If I could give this home 10 Stars I would

Best house in Kema

We loved this house. It was clean, well organized, our every wish was contemplated before we even knew. Well stocked with everything. Not one down side to it. Within walking disstance to Kema Boardwalk, and it even has a golf cart to use!! Thats amazing. Every adult had their own room, a down stairs "Mother in Laws " room was perfect for person with dogs. The dock was so much fishing fun. We had too much to do for 2 days!! We wil most certainly be back!!

Beautiful Kema House

This was second time at this house. It's beautifully located on Trinity Bay , 2 blocks from Kema Boardwalk!! There is a huge dock for fishing and "viewing" life go by!!The house has 4 bedrooms, with the Mother in Law suite on bottom floor. This was good for dogs and their upkeep. The house has everything you need for cooking, cleaning(washer, dryer) and the whole back wall is huge windows for a wonderful view. The nightlife is great. Boardwalk for food, Bars with live music! The whole package for everyone!! A golf cart is also included! So much fun, and Tim the owner is always within text message distance!! An EXCELLANT rental

We had a great time!

We stayed at this property with our 4 children, plus another family of 4, 10 total. The children ranged in age from 3-13, and everyone enjoyed themselves on the huge deck and fishing off the dock. We caught a bunch of fish we were able to cook up, and a few crabs. We loved that it was walking distance to so many restaurants and the boardwalk rides and games! It was a little noisy at night as you could hear the music coming from the bars across the street, so I would recommend bringing some type of sound machine for the bedroom. We had a great time overall and would love to come back some day!

Wonderful!

We loved this house so much we canceled half our plans so we could hang out at the house! Wonderful host, great location so close to restaurants and the boardwalk, great fishing off the dock and views to die for. Spacious and comfortable house too! Literally spent hours and hours and hours on the breezy decks watching the sailboats sail by.

Fantastic time in Kemah

Outstanding property in a great location. House is perfect for a group of friends or family. Very open living area and kitchen with a great view. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Look forward to coming back. Was very comfortable for 6 friends!!

Seven of our family members, five are retirees. We pooled our resources together to purchase this original Kemah house. We completely remodeled and transformed it into a beautiful property with all the modern convenience and still kept its original old charm. We wanted to use it for many of our family events and also would like to share it with others.
