There’s a slew of things that I wasn’t pleased with but I’ll point out the most pertinent to not go out on a rant. Shame on the host for not managing this property properly. The a/c in the upstairs area was not working properly once we checked in. We were told to turn off unit for two hours. That’s a sign that the unit is old and is possibly freezing; replace it then. The landscaping in the front of the house was atrocious at best. House looked abandoned and under foreclosure proceedings. The game room(aka garage) was musty, the tv was impossible to watch anything on, the remotes in that room and many others were either taped behind to hold batteries or the battery slide out piece would fall off altogether. The air hockey machine was not working and the left side legs were crooked. Hard to play air hockey with a table that wobbles and is tilted. The pool cues had no tips, just a plastic nib that made it impossible to play correctly. The video games were also wobbly. A complete disaster truly.The bath towels were minuscule, reminiscent of the size a large baby would be swaddled in. I couldn’t wrap one of those cheap baby towels around my waist without displaying most of my intimates. The kitchen was very poorly stocked as far as silverware, dishware and glasses. In addition there was a huge toilet paper shortage in the house. Not even one extra roll of that chap paper was left in each bathroom. I’ve never seen such stinginess in my entire life. Renters beware!
