Very nice stay in a comfortable and clean house. Everything was well equipped and the beds were great. The whole family enjoyed the house and appreciated the hospitality from the owners.

Host was very responsive and great to deal with. The home was very clean and all as advertised. Hot tub was awesome and something we always look for in a booking. Game room was a great extra. Private but not too far away from great shops and food.

Sunday River Family Getaway

Great property. We had a great stay! Enjoyed skiing, snowmobiling and then relaxing in the hot tub.Thank you.

Loved Lalapalozza Lodge

We have a pretty big family and this house was perfect for us. My 3 kids and there 5 kids had plenty of room and plenty to do. A bit pff the beaten path but close enough to the mountain and very private.

Beautiful home

This home is dangerously perfect. Gorgeous area, super comfy, and a kitchen nicer than ours at home. Honestly, we were tempted to ‘accidentally’ extend our stay indefinetly. Highly recommend - just don’t book it when we want to come back.

The property is amazing, very spacious and well equipped. A lot of thoughtful touches throughout. There was plenty of entertainment and the kitchen was fully set with good quality pots, pans, dishes, etc. plenty of room for our group of 16 to hang out together or spread out if needed. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place is beautiful open and sunny, and in a good location for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!

We went on a family trip in August 2025 and the property couldn't have been better. Easy check in and very clean. Hosts responded right away if there was a question and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. The location was excellent - easy to find and on a big lot which made it a perfect house for kids. Able to play outside, ride bikes on the house lot and the road, which was a cul-de- sac. So much to do in the area and close to the White Mountains. If you like the outdoors this is a great house!
