This condo has just been newly renovated! This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the beach! With 1206 square feet with an open floor plan your family will have lots of space to spread out and enjoy the beach! This condo is located right next to the Silver Sand Outlet mall, within walking distances if you choose to walk! Along with shopping, there are many places to eat! The condo has a king size bed in one bedroom and in the master is a king size too. The sofa is brand new and is a queen size pull out sleeper with a Gel Sealy mattress for extra comfort!!! The kitchen has an extra ice maker making your trip to the beach easy! You will not be disappointed in your stay! Mainsail has a pool and hot tub! There is also a kiddie pool too! Perfect place for grilling and hanging with the family! The property also has an arcade and a great fitness center along with tennis courts! If you are booking between March 1st thru October 1st, your booking includes 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach! Ring video surveillance for property protection.

We’ve stayed up and down Miramar. We loved this location. It was quiet and still able to walk to so many places too! The two king beds were perfect and we loved sunsets from the balcony.

Summer vacay 2023

Good location, nice place to stay. Owner needs a notebook telling you of restaurants, take out, entertainment ideas. Overall was cute and comfortable, I would stay here again.

Clean and beautiful! The condo was nicely decorated. We loved that there were two full bathrooms, the cabinets were fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware and everything you need to bake with. There is a keurig and toaster too! The view from the balcony was awesome. You can see the ocean and see how the waves are. The walk to the beach was a couple minutes (This includes taking the elevator down to parking area and literally walking down the parking lot to the beach, no crossing a road!). Make sure to bring any food or seasonings you may need. There is a Publix and Walmart not too far to buy groceries at. The pool and hot tub were great. It was a quiet area. The only small complaint I would have is that the mattress in master bedroom was pretty firm and a little uncomfortable. However, my kids loved their bed in their room and mother in law said the couch pull out was comfortable. We hope to stay here again and are thankful for a wonderful first stay! Thanks so much for keeping your condo well maintained!

Great last minute trip

Condo is in a great spot of town; you can walk to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, beach store and the outlet malls. Property is kept very clean, pool was great, very convenient property with small kids. Condo was perfect for us. Clean, quiet, comfortable! This was a last min trip, and the owners were very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend.

The condo was in perfect shape, very clean and not too busy. Bonus points for having an ice machine! The owner was super quick to respond when I needed help. The only suggestion would be to allow guests to have access to a closet of basic beach toys/accessories, ie. balls, buckets, shovels. It makes a difference for those who travel by plane. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Perfect for us!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with all kitchen accessories, nice view and close to everything. Master bedroom has dual shower which is really nice. King beds in both rooms. Nice pillows. Very spacious and was great for 2 small familes. Everything you could need! We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Spring break 2023

We had an amazing stay! We had no issues! I honestly can say this was by far the best, clean. Well stocked, and best host we’ve ever had in all our stays! Everything was perfect, the neighborhood next to our building was having some construction going on, which was loud, but that was expected I suppose and will pass I’m sure but everything else with the condo was perfect and very well stocked and clean!

Best Condo EVER

This condo was absolutely the prettiest and nicest we have ever stayed in. My whole family enjoyed it very much! The 2 king bed bedrooms were a HUGE plus! I can’t say anything negative about it. Although our beach conditions were unfavorable we 100% enjoyed the condo! Lots of games, plenty of essentials! Plenty of garbage bags and dish pods were provided. The only thing I can suggest is a better lock from the inside. Although it has a deadbolt, my 2 year old granddaughter could open because the deadbolt unlocks when handle is turned, she definitely kept us on our toes. Lol. But everything else was absolutely perfect! Pics are exactly what u get and then some! Bravo on the decorations in this condo as well!! I would definitely stay again!

Great Condo & Owner

This unit is very clean and nicely decorated. Great ocean view from the balcony. The condo was very accommodating and well thought out. Great experience with the owner, very prompt with communication and generous in fulfilling a special accommodation. Highly recommend this condo as well as this owners other unit at Enclave.

Good for the most part

There were some dusty spots. The sofa bed had sand on it and looks like it had not been vacuumed or dusted in a long time. We had wifi only on one TV.. Not too bad overall.

Everything about this property was amazing. My grandmother never left the balcony because the views were so amazing. Everything that we needed was there and barely had to leave! Definitely will stay again!

Everything was great

The place was really great! The parking would be my only complaint we came in one night after having a late dinner there were no parking places and we could not park in the owners spots which all were open so we parked on the side of the road and got a warning for parking there.

Great experience!

I will definitely book with this property again! The view from the balcony is amazing and I love that a set of chairs and umbrella is included in the rental! Also super convenient that they have an extra ice maker which saved us from having to go to the store for ice every day!

great place to stay

We had a great experience. The condo is super clean and has everything you need. Even an extra ice maker which is great for those summer days. Easy to get to the beach, easy to park and helpful that the condo has a washer/dryer. Shopping and places to eat are close by. Nice view from the patio as well!

Condo is exactly like the pictures on line.

I was very satisfied with the condo the decor is beautiful. Looks exactly like you see on line. Very clean with no smells I have allergies issues so I was concerned about that. Kitchen very well stocked with all you need with some extra thing's. The beds are very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing the gulf is so pretty and just a 2 minute walk to it. The owner is very nice and communication was very easy. This was my 1st stay in a VRBO. Over all I was very happy with my stay in this condo and look forward to staying again.

Perfect beach getaway

Condo was super clean and perfect for our last minute trip. Owner answered all questions quickly. Plenty of cooking supplies for the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Quick walk to the beach. We will definitely stay in this listing again!!
