Clackamas River Front Oregon City
Our 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is situated in a quiet country neighborhood to the east of Oregon City with amazing views of the Clackamas River. Choice of paths on the terraced lawn to take you to the river's edge. This home was recently constructed in 2016 and the floor plan of the new home was created with the view and our guests in mind. The house has 3 full baths with showers and also a tub in the master, 5 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full futon with memory foam mattress in the upstairs entertainment area. The home will sleep up to 12 with all linens and bedding provided.
There is wheelchair accessibility to the main floor, but it is not ADA compliant. An electric heat pump provides central heating and cooling, and the home includes an impressive gas fireplace and granite counters throughout. Floors are tile and hardwood. There is a large covered balcony off of the upstairs entertainment area for birds-eye viewing of the river and woodlands. The entertainment area has plenty of seating with a futon, reclining sofa, and 2 recliners. A DVD player and DVD library accompanies the 55" LED TV with internet connectivity. Books for adults and children and board games are available for use as well as outdoor sports equipment and games.
The full laundry room includes an additional refrigerator. Gas grill on covered patio off of living/dining area. Property features beautiful river and forest view and outdoor area with picnic tables and fire pot for toasting marshmallows, as well as easy access to the river for fishing or rafting depending on the time of year. Large, private yard great for gathering extended family. We are on the Clackamas River between Milo McIver State Park and Barton Park, and nearly at the end of a dead-end road. This is a favorite location of international fly fishermen.

Great house! Excellent house, great yard, beautiful views, and access to the river just overall excellent. House was very well stocked, I wish they had more pillows, but otherwise perfect. Will definitely rent this house again!

Lovely, peaceful and private location! Very clean and spacious. Easily accommodated our family for our daughter's wedding in nearby Boring, OR. Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen - all the cookware, dishes, etc. we needed to fix meals for our group. The extra refrigerator was a big help.

House had everything we needed and was clean! Amazing, beautiful location. Perfect for our group of 10. Everyone had their own bed/room. Rules for the home were a little over the top, but we knew that before booking! Would stay here again!

Great location with excellent access to the Clackamas river for rafting and floating. The house was nicely appointed although it could be improved slightly with king sized beds to accommodate large adults or families with kids. The area was nice and quiet and filled with wildlife like bunnies and deer. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Family Weekend
We had a wedding to attend in the area and this was a wonderful place for us and our grown and almost grown children to stay. Plenty of room inside and out to visit and relax. Really enjoyed the fire pit and large kitchen/living room. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation in the woods.

Family trip
Came to Oregon for a family vacation. Property was very quiet and private. Plenty of room for everyone and great kitchen / dining area for meals / games. Location was great for day trips in any direction. Highly recommend.

Great place for family gathering
All good…great place.
The signage and rules made us feel a little like we were gonna be in trouble….but they were also kind of funny….

Wonderful property
We had a wonderful stay. House was super clean, had everything you could want/need, and accommodated our whole family nicely. The property is absolutely beautiful right on the river. Property owners are quick to respond, thorough, and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
