What a beautiful property in am amazing location! This is the perfect spot to be a little out of touch (No cell service, but the WiFi is strong) but know 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. The owners we great to work with very easy to contact, very friendly. We loved the property so much, we are planning another stay this fall.

Perfect family reunion house

We had a wonderful stay here for our annual trip with extended family. The house was spacious and roomy for family fun and conversations. The beds were extremely comfortable and amenities were amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful scenic views from the decks, pool table, ping pong, and air hockey. We were so close to downtown Asheville, great location!

Amazing Getaway Home

The home was amazing, exceptionally clean and loved the attention to details that made you feel welcome and at home! The owner responded quickly to our inquires and even checked in with us on our stay. Would recommend for families with teenagers and young adults.

Wonderful Home Base in Asheville

A lovely rental property in a perfect location in Asheville. Centrally located within sights to see in the area. The house is very, very clean and tucked away in a quiet private location. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Fun Thanksgiving

Stayed with our family of five, including 3 boys and our dogs and my mom and brother for Thanksgiving, and we all loved the house! It was very comfortable for all of us and we loved the games and hot tub, and it was within a short distance to the Biltmore which we really enjoyed with all of the Christmas decorations. The host was very helpful and I would definitely recommend the house to anyone considering a tirp up to the mountains!

Perfect Family Trip

Weekend Retreat

There were seven of us friends that got together for a relaxing weekend retreat in the Asheville Mountains. The home was perfect ... cozy, roomy and relaxing. Yana was a wonderful host!!!

Perfect all around

Yana is a terrific host, her place is spotless! My kids enjoyed the stay more than all other activities in Asheville, they would ask when we could go back. It has everything you need and more, A nice place to just sit and relax. We had a terrific time and want to come back soon.

Excellent Family Vacation!

We all had so much fun! Close to downtown, hiking and restaurants! Beautiful drive up the mountains! But for me the most important, Yana did a wonderful job making sure place is clean! We have stayed in many vrbo s , this was by far the cleanest!!!! Thank you Yana!

Siblings visit the Biltmore and more

Loved the home and location. Driveway is very steep but it was part of our adventure. Very cool for April and the signs told us both indoor fireplaces were closed for the season. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and we all had plenty of privacy. Wish we had been able to stay longer. Thank you

Great mountain house near all Asheville attractions

We had a great time at this property. It’s quite large, has a lot of activities to offer (pool, air hockey, ping pong, fire pit and more), and the location is great. It only takes about 10-15 minute to get into Asheville, plus it’s close to Chimney Rock, the BR Pkwy, and Pisgah. One of the highlights of our trips was when a family of bears showed up one afternoon. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Celebration Weekend

We spent a long weekend with extended family celebrating my husbands birthday and hosted a shower for our daughter-in-law and our 1st grandbaby. House is super clean, very spacious with all the needed amenities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, covered patio, and the views. Hope to stay again! Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful Home Up in the Hills

The property was spotless and very well equipped. I can tell that the owner does a great job with the maintenance and cleanliness of the home. She also is very attentive to any needs the guest may have. My parents thought it was one of the best homes we have rented for our December family getaway.

Wedding weekend

Stunning and sparkling clean property with the most relaxing porch and grounds you could ever ask for. We had a house full including four generations of family members. In the woods

Beautiful well maintained home located in the woods. We stayed in late May and the weather was cool at first and warming as the week went on. We enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen. After a few days we got used to the winding road to the house. The home owner responded to our text very quickly. Overall our stay was very relaxing.

Close to everything. 15 min. to downtown Asheville, 12 minutes to Biltmore Estate and 10 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway. Elegant, comfortable open concept living with giant wood burning fire place. Gas burning fire place in basement. Great outdoor amenities. Giant deck, with propane fire pit as well as an outdoor wood burning fire pit.
