Luxury townhome located in downtown Asheville. This 3 story townhome is located in Building #2 of the Bauhaus South Slope development. Walkable to the popular South Slope district of downtown, right beside Asheville`s minor league baseball field, and just several blocks to the heart of downtown Asheville. The home has a private garage that will fit 1 midsize car, private elevator for your convenience, and a rooftop terrace with a grill, fire pit, and plenty of seating to take in the views.

Equipped with high end furnishings and finishes, floor to ceiling windows, linens, stocked kitchen, and a staff that is available 24 hours, you`ll enjoy the comfort and privacy of a vacation rental while receiving the service you would experience at a luxury hotel.

Please note: The townhome is located directly across from an active baseball stadium. During games and events, guests may experience stadium noise, announcements, bright lights, and occasional post-game fireworks, including during evening hours.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We loved being walking distant from Asheville Tourists, breweries, restaurants, & downtown. The home was clean, spacious, & well stocked with everything you'd need in a bathroom or kitchen. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Overall great space for multiple couples. Easy walking to many of the breweries and bars in the area. Garage and rooftop was an added bonus.

Fantastic location. Extremely clean and comfortable. The elevator was perfect for my disabled brother. We also enjoyed being so close to the baseball stadium!

Very nice place. Clean, modern, roomy. Big kitchen, comfy beds. Great location - right next to the baseball stadium, and we got to watch the Friday night fireworks from the rooftop deck. Very close to great breweries and food options. Responsive and helpful owners. They are even helping us recover a forgotten item and getting it shipped back. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was almost perfect; there was an issue with one toilet. Otherwise, perfect. Downtown was within walking distance; mountains are within 30 minutes; and the Biltmore mansion and grounds are a must see.

Overall, the property is very nice and well located close to downtown. Our check-in was difficult because the garage door would not open. A technician arrived promptly and, after a while, determined that the battery was dead on the opener gizmo. The place is right next to the ballpark, so very loud music was sometimes irritating, and many lights are on all night.The worst problem is the window shades. They are cheap, even torn, and unattractive. They do not cover the windows adequately -- a problem in the bedrooms facing the stadium. Once we tugged gently on an upstairs shade to raise it, but it flew all the way up. We had to bring a chair from downstairs to be able to reach the shade to lower it.Perhaps the property is too high-tech for older renters. We had continued difficulty with the garage door opener, the TV (couldn't find a cable station), and sometimes the elevator. The temperature control system was a mystery; cold air often blew all night upstairs.All the said, we found the house attractive, comfortable, and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay in Ashville very much.

The townhouse was absolutely stunning, lovely furnishings, high high ceilings and giant windows. The elevator was appreciated, especially for bringing in luggage. There was ample space for friends to gather around and enjoy.

Great Location

Property was exactly as described. It is within walking distance to downtown, and many local breweries. and is a short drive to Biltmore. We enjoyed our stay in Asheville.

Perfect location for families with kids

We stayed here as a family of 3 with a 15 month old and our friends who have a 4 month old, 3 year old and 4 year old. Perfect walkable location to all the best breweries, restaurants, and family friendly activities. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay again!

Great property, fantastic location!

Location was fantastic! Easy walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Had a few issues with some appliances, but property manager was incredibly responsive and resolved them very quickly. Unit was very spacious and comfortably equipped.

Perfect for a Girl’s Weekend

This is a great property! It was clean, spacious, a lot of natural light. It was in a great location to visit the different areas of Asheville. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome location

Our stay was wonderful! So much space. Very clean! Third bedroom is significantly smaller but does the job! Location was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and fun!

Ideal Place

We really loved staying here. It’s spotless, has ample space, and conveniently located. Bedrooms are very nice. The only thing that is needed is hangers in the closets

Great location and house. Couldn’t have been a better spot.

House was clean and ready when we arrived at 4pm. It was easy to access and had plenty of space. Great location, close to the stadium and walking distance to all of the breweries.

Very comfortable

Very nicely furnished. Appliances are in great condition. About a 10 minute walk to the city center and easy to get to the highway. Beautiful sunset view from rooftop deck.

Nice property, good location

Beautiful space!

We enjoyed the amount of space and the location to explore Asheville! The property was clean and ready for us. No garage code was provided but owners responded quickly to that request.

Great location and very clean

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas at the property. The online pictures and descriptions were accurate. This property is in a prime location for walking around in the evenings for entertainment. The garage and elevator are key to having a great stay. You can see fantastic sunsets from the roof top. I can only imagine how much fun it is during baseball season. The corner unit location is fantastic!
