I booked this stay for my wedding weekend. The home was spotless! Beautiful views, gorgeous home, clean, exactly what I wanted for my small family. I was truely thankful I was able to bring my dog with me as well. She is apart of the family. The hosts were so kind!! Thank you for making this weekend perfect!!!

Tim was the host and was very, very, nice, very responsive willing to help to accommodate our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. It could have been a little more cleaner, but I'm pretty O. CD. Overall it was a great place

Everything was exactly as presented on VRBO. We had a couple older guests that found the steps to the front door challenging. We were in town for my son’s wedding and it was the perfect place to be together .

We stayed here to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday and had a blast. We loved the deck, the deer visitors and the deep comfy couches for lounging around and listening to music together. Such a beautiful, peaceful property.

When we arrived, the cabin was clean and ready for us. Every room was fully stocked as if it were our real home. It was also easy to find - right off the highway but you dont hear any highway noise. My family will definitely visit again!

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful place to stay with lots of room. Very large kitchen and living area. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to Colorado.

The cabin was easy to find and access. All the bedrooms provided extra blankets and plenty of towels. The hot tub was warm and provides a moutain view!There is large kitchen and all the utensils you could need to make meals.We would definitely stay at this property again!

Host was very responsive and accommodating to requests! The home very comfortably held 8 adults (we had a ton of fun playing board games around the living room table and the kitchen was awesome for cooking meals together.) It was awesome to sit in the hot tub and watch the deer pass through the yard in the mornings. The proximity to Manitou is also great for a fun shopping day, dining, and quick errands etc. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home

This home was great for a stay in the Springs. Great location, close to the highway without the noise. Hot tub was so fun in the evenings after a long day. Owners were super communicative. House was lovely. Thanks for great stay! So a lot of deer too!

The house has good “bones” but unfortunately there are only 2 showers for the entire house, which made it pretty inconvenient when we were all getting ready. Also, the stairs both outside and inside are pretty treacherous so navigating them, especially with baggage, was definitely risky. 2 out of the 4 bedrooms have no central air or window unit… so the ladies that slept in those rooms were very uncomfortable at night since there was no air. The house definitely has potential but didn’t live up to our expectations.

Respite in Cascade

The property met our expectations for a relaxing time and exploring the area. The hot tub was nice and there is plenty of room and a good kitchen for fixing meals. A couple of things to note: one of the bedrooms upstairs has skylights so if morning sun bothers you, bring a sleeping mask. Also, there are no shelves in the showers so soap and shampoo has to sit on the floor. All in all it’s a great property and easy to use.

This was a great location to everything - 15 minutes to most of the tours we wanted to do. I would suggest you bring slipper socks with grippers as the stairs to get a little slippery also you should bring some extensions cords as some of the power outlets were under desk or behind the beds. Only negitive note that there was only bench seating for the dinner table we would have liked to have more straight back seating options.
