This unique modern home is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is perched above downtown Manitou Springs with partial views of Pikes Peak and a short walk to the heart of downtown Manitou Springs.

The home features an addition completed in 2007 by Elizabeth Wright-Ingrahm, grand-daughter of Frank Lloyd Wright, with a picture window concept, a three story glass window with a passive solar design concept. This architectural wonder is a jewel in the heart of beautiful Manitou Springs.

Absolutely Gorgeous!!

This is our second time staying here. Another perfect stay! This beautiful home is impeccably clean, and the mountain views are stunning. The host was incredibly attentive. Highly recommend! Everything was perfect!

Perfect house

Amazing house and location. We walked into town every day - short easy walk. The view was unparalleled and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Manitou Springs. The house had everything we needed and check-in was smooth. If we ever make it back, I would definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking views

Exceptional property. Location is fabulous and close to shopping and restaurants. The entire homes design is an experience in itself and every room has views of the incline and surrounding mountains. The exterior is great to watch deer passing by and enjoy fresh mountain air. We will absolutely book again in the future!Thank you to the host for the hospitality!

Perfect weekend Getaway

What a wonderful weekend - we enjoyed downtown Manitou and loved being close enough to aLao enjoy the Garden of the Gods and the Springs. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy! Views are just spectacular and the details in the home were so cool! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely Perfect!

This was our second time renting The View House. The view is breathtaking, the house is beautiful and fun, and the owner thinks of every detail. We walked into the town of Manitou Springs and had great meals and fun evenings listening to live music. We love this place and hope to be back again. Thank you!

View House

The view is the highlight of the home! There are picture windows on every floor and in every room. We enjoyed the mountains, the deer, the cat, and the close location to everything. The only small thing was the bathrooms. They are tiny and the water pressure leaves much to be desired. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to visit again!

Great Place for Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving in this unique property. The views were spectacular with easy access to a walk into town. The beds were comfortable and the unit is well equipped with everything that we needed. The host was easy to work with and very communicative. Can't think of a better way to celebrate the holiday!

Wonderful stay

The View House speaks for itself. Very clean and cozy home close to all the shopping and great local restaurants. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The manager and host were very helpful and accommodating. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful mountain home

This is a lovely home with beautiful mountain views. Kitchen is well stocked. Deer come and visit the patio almost every morning. Great service, very clean, extra paper towels and trash bags available. They even shoveled the snow off of the sidewalks and driveway while we were there. Thanks for a great trip!

Great stay

We had a great stay here. So much so that we extended our stay several times. The property is beautiful and has amazing mountain views. The owner was very kind and responsive. We hope to return.

Beautiful Mountain Home

This is our second time staying in this home. It has the most amazing views of Pikes Peak and the mountains. Every bedroom has a lovely view. It has a well stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor patio space, and plenty of living and dinning room space for our whole family. We cant wait to stay here again on our next visit to Colorado.

Great stay!

We had an amazing time during our stay! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a quiet and peaceful setting while still being close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was very responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby activities. Beautiful views!

We came to visit my brother in Colorado Springs and I’m so happy we decided to stay here. The views were amazing and the house was really cool. The layout was a little different but it was still very nice.

Pikes Peak Marathon- Stay

Unique and memorable property in a great location with incredible views. The house was very clean and in good condition. The design and layout were cool. The location was perfect for access to the marathon start/finish and all the shops. We would seek out this rental again if/when we return.

Wonderful respite!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean, fit our family of four perfectly, and was central to Maintou Springs, Seven Falls, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, along with the restaurants where we had reservations. These accommodations helped to make our short get away a relaxing retreat.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful property and you cannot beat the views. Owner was very gracious allowing us to check in early on the day of our arrival. Very unique architecture and close enough to walk downtown (even with a preschooler).
