This unique modern home is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is perched above downtown Manitou Springs with partial views of Pikes Peak and a short walk to the heart of downtown Manitou Springs.

The home features an addition completed in 2007 by Elizabeth Wright-Ingrahm, grand-daughter of Frank Lloyd Wright, with a picture window concept, a three story glass window with a passive solar design concept. This architectural wonder is a jewel in the heart of beautiful Manitou Springs.

We absolutely loved the Mountain View home! Great location, amazing views, a perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and communication with homeowner was spot on! Highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Renae!

This is a wonderful rental with an amazing view of the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Beds are extremely comfortable. The house was very clean. It also has a unique layout.

Location and views were amazing. Close enough to walk to downtown Manitou Springs. Open floor plan was nice but at the expense of some privacy.

Very fun/interesting house. The view was fantastic and the sunrises w/coffee were amazing. Very close to town (3 minutes n drive/15 min walk) and tons to do in the area. Perfect for 3 days. We had a good time. Also appreciated the equipped kitchen. We were able to cook full breakfasts with no issues.

The photos do a good job of depicting the space. The property is nice. The whole process was well-organized and communicated. Of course, the view was awesome. Our personal thanks to the hosts for a great stay. I will recommend it to other people.

The view and location were great. The host was very communicative with any questions I asked. The only thing that wasn’t a 10/10 was the tiny showers in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. It’s definitely not something that would keep us from renting this place again.

We had the most excellent relaxing stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning. We could not recommend this place enough. It made our first time in the area complete!

The view

A spectacular view and architecture! plenty of space to spread out. Surrounded by nature yet only blocks away from the center of town. We absolutely loved this place.

We loved our stay! It was a gorgeous view of Manitou Springs and the mountains. While it felt like a little oasis, we appreciated the easy walk to downtown Manitou Springs. There was plenty of space for our group, and we each had our own personal space. Communication with the host was excellent and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

When outside on the deck, you can actually hear the roar from the various Manitou Springs events such as the Pikes Peak Marathon and the New Years Eve Pikes Peak fireworks.
