Our stay at The McCoy House was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze, the accommodations were amazing, and there was plenty of space for our group. We our excited to book another stay!

This is the perfect home for a family vacation. We had the best time hosting 3 generations total of 4 families. It was convenient to all of the Daytona attractions and the owner was very easy to reach/communicate with.

Home was eclectic and cool. Plenty of bed rooms for a large group. Clean and nice.

Enjoyable stay in The Real McCoy

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and there were no issues. Nice location on the Halifax River. Quiet neighborhood. Park and tennis courts within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful property

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is perfect for a large family or group. Everyone had their own space. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The owners provide everything that you need including a great coffee bar with coffee supplies. I highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

11 family members- large enough to spread out. The pool and game room is awesome. We love the quirkiness.

We had a wonderful stay at this Holly Hill property. The home was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and provided a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the full-size toiletries and quality soaps to the well-equipped coffee bar. Every amenity made our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing

We stayed with our kids and grandkids. We will definitely be back! Just as pictured! Host was easy to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Family Christmas

Was. Great house had all we needed. Family had fun with pool table and ping pong table. Was to cold for the pool.

We were disappointed that it was not a quiet neighborhood as discussed. The lighting in the pool area is very much lacking for a nighttime. The master on the main without windows was disappointing. All in all we had a great time. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us and the large table/pool table fit as well for Thanksgiving dinner. The coffee bar was very nice and the cute decorations on the fireplace.
