It was my boyfriend and I’s first time visiting Newport and I’m so glad I found this listing! Easton Beach is right around the block and Second Beach is about a 5 minute drive. Both super convenient to get to and Bowen’s wharf is also only a 10 minute drive. Felt like we were in a great location and the apartment was just like it was shown in the photos, super clean and organized! Deb was also lovely and easy to communicate with if we ever needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Deborah’s place is perfect for a Newport stay and is very close to both Easton’s beach (few minute walk) and Second beach (15 minute walk). The place itself was very clean and had a bathroom, sitting area, small kitchen, and two bedrooms. Deborah was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with

Return visitor as I knew Deborah goes above and beyond in hospitality. Beautiful home, immaculate and easy drive to beaches, restaurants, and the Bellevue Ave mansions. We’ll be back!

Perfect Get Away

Had a great time staying here. It is perfect distance from Newport and all that is happening, including shops, dinning locations, outdoor activities, and more. Would stay here again, 10/10

Welcoming and clean- great place!

Deb was such a wonderful host and the location was perfect for us. Deb reached out to share details about getting in, knowing we would be arriving later in the night. The place was clean and charming, the extra amenities were above and beyond and so appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet, walkable area, so close to the water. We would definitely stay again!

Newport hidden gem

Property manager was very flexible on checking in / out which helped extend our stay. Very clean private space for up to 4 people. Close to beaches and downtown. Would go back!

Great location

I love the location of this unit. Quiet neighborhood but less than 5 min walk to Easton Beach and good restaurants. Very easy drive to Thames and the mansions. It’s a small place but perfect size for us. Deb makes herself available for questions and gave great recommendations. We’ve already rebooked for next year!

Perfect spot for my relaxing getaway

This cozy apartment was perfect for my getaway- walking distance to beaches and restaurants, in a lovely old neighborhood. The apartment was clean and well appointed, and Deborah was an accomodating and friendly hostess. I will definitely be back.

Comfortable and Convenient Place to Stay in Newport

This two bedroom property is in a great location; walking distance to beaches and restaurants and a quick drive to downtown Newport. The place was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Deb is welcoming, accommodating, responsive and attentive. I would recommend staying here without reservation and we hope to be back soon.

Excellent option for Newport weekend

Our stay at Deb's place was great, it was everything we needed in a place to be our "home base" to attend a wedding in Newport. It was very clean and exactly as the description said. Deb was great and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Autumn weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Newport thanks to the most gracious hostess, Deb. She took great care, and making sure we were warm and comfortable. She thought of little details that meant a lot. We appreciated her recommending places to eat and visit. She went above and beyond. We will be back.

Wonderful!

My daughter (14) and I stayed 4 nights to enjoy time together in Newport and the beaches . Our stay at the beach house was perfect, clean and comfortable . It felt like our home away from home. We loved the decor and ocean view. All the little details such as coffee in the morning, beach chairs available, nice yard for our bikes and parking were wonderful. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and beaches. Deb is kind and accommodating. We will look forward to staying at the beach house again in the future!

Perfect Everything!!!

The perfect beach house with great amenities! The perfect location near the beaches, Cliff Walk, mansions and good restaurants. The perfect hostess! Deborah was wonderful! She responded to every question or email I sent and her pride of ownership shines throughout her clean, comfortable, welcoming beach house apartment! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend AND we hope to return again! P.S. this is a 3rd floor apartment with beautiful angles, one or two of which a 6ft.+ tall vacationer might bonk a noggin if they aren't careful.

Visiting for a wedding....

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood withing walking distance of restaurants and shops. The bedrooms had water views of Narragansett Bay. The attic apartment space was small but cute, well appointed, and clean; we didn't need anything more than the little kitchenette that was there. We met Deb when we arrived and she was very nice. But the STAIRS - wow. I didn't remember reading about those in the reviews ahead of time (though my friend did) and don't remember if they were mentioned in the venue description. There are A LOT of stairs, they are STEEP and NARROW and very tricky to navigate in heels or with luggage. The stairs are why I took a star off.

Simply Beautiful

My daughter and I spent three wonderful nights at this lovely spot for a beach getaway! The third floor apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, roomy, very comfortable and CLEAN. We each had our own room & cable TV., plenty of space for our luggage and comfortable bed. There was a kitchenette area with coffee pot and coffee, tea kettle and tea, mini refrigerator and microwave. Deborah even had ice ready for us as well as chilled bottles of water. Everything we needed was provided. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels were also included. We enjoyed the outside shower as well. The host greeted us upon arrival and even invited us to stay a little longer on the day of checkout since we didn't have the best weather. We love that everything was within walking distance! We parked the car upon arrival and walked everywhere! We walked to two local beaches, restaurants, an ice cream shop and convenience store. The beaches had beautiful soft gray sand, waves to bob in or ride, and the water was warm! Flo's, Atlantic Grill and Clementine's where our favorite places to eat! After reading several reviews, I was concerned about the stairs leading to this third floor apartment. I am an overweight middle-aged woman. The stairs were easy to navigate! They are inside, carpeted and we're wide enough for me to carry up my luggage. This was exactly what we were looking for! We would definitely stay again when coming back to this area. Thank you Deborah for being a wonderful host!

We were met by the kind owner who graciously showed us around the cozy top floor apartment and gave us her mobile number in case we needed anything. The special touches; plenty of coffee pods, bottled waters and half and half in the fridge, lots of towels, is more than what other VRBO’s offer. Location is great, pretty and quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to multiple restaurants and the beach. 9 Uber (2 mile) ride to downtown Newport. Really enjoyable visit.
