Great spot for access to the Tennis Hall of Fame and downtown / Thames street. Very walkable. Also a grocery store and restaurants close by as well. Host was very responsive. Unit was clean and as described. Would happily stay here again.

The place looks smaller in the pictures, Very clean, the host was immediately responsive to any questions. There is parking on premises which is very convenient. It’s location is perfect! walkable to everything. The listing didn’t mention a coffee maker there is a small dorm type of maker that can use kcups or grinds with a small filter. The place was perfect for a few night stay great value for the price.

The location was excellent! It was within walking distance of downtown, Cliff Walk, and the Tennis Hall of Fame. It was was clean and spacious with a little kitchenette. I liked the parking lot where I could load & unload my car easily.

The host was nice enough but the house itself was odd. Our first indication of trouble was the boarding house sign on the house. Then we were faced with confusing instructions and multiple entrances with key pads locks. Once we entered, we realized that we had to walk into the host's living space to access our rooms. The first thing we noticed about our room was how cold it was. That's when we noticed the two air conditioners in the windows letting in cold air. The thermostat was in the host living area. We could not stay in a cold room. We were not told that this was a boarding house. We were not told that we would have to share common space with the host. The main reason that I use Vrbo is that I want my own private space. I do not want to share my vacaton with a host. We contacted the host immediately and told him we would not stay in a room with cold air blowing on us. We want and expect a full refund. Which the host has processed. We also expect all fees charged by Vrbo to be refunded as well. The listing was misleading and not worthy of Vrbo. We've always had great experiences when we rented from Vrbo in the past. This was very upsetting to us and we really had to scramble to find last minute lodging.

This was our 2nd time staying with this host and we truly can’t say enough great things about her. Communication is off-the-charts excellent. She’s quick to respond and beyond accommodating. The only downside to the property is the water pressure in the showers, but totally fine compared to the ease of staying and level of comfort we have with this property and its host.
