We had a wonderful time and everything was as described. The location was perfect, allowing us to visit all the island while having quite a lot to do nearby.Kitchen was very well equipped and having coffee and dinner out on the Lanai at the coffee table was lovely. We had everything that we needed and enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing property! The lanai was wonderful for morning coffee and relaxing during a rain storm. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen had all the equipment to make family meals. We were close to popiu which is such a lovley place to relax and snorkel. Highly recommend this unit to anyone!!!

This was a well appointed, perfectly located condo. We traveled as a family of 4 and had plenty of space. The beach and kitchen amenities were perfect. We loved sitting on the porch, walking over to the Grand Hyatt for coffee and walking to Brennecke Beach. The kids loved the close proximity to the pool that was often empty. The perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with our kids!

This was a beautiful unit! Will definitely be our top choice in Kauai going forward. Easy to get to our favorite beaches, restaurants etc. Only issue was the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes even after we rinsed them thoroughly. Doesn’t take away from our overall experience, just a mild inconvenience!

Awesome place, great location, loved the lanai, beds were very comfortable and appreciated a well stocked kitchen along with a closet full of sand toys for our daughter. We loved it!

Amazing place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. Access to several beaches was perfect and only a short walk. We used coolers, chairs, fans. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

This is a lovely condo. It is comfortable, good beds, nice and comfortable furniture, lovely and large lanai. The bathrooms are clean and updated. The condo is well appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils, space, working appliances, dishes, baking needs, etc. The beach gear closet has several beach chairs, umbrellas, and kid beach supplies. It is quiet (except for the island roosters), and easy to access the pool and walk to Shipwreck beach. This unit doesn't have AC, and is cooled by the ocean breeze. The master bedroom can be a bit stuffy, but the unit has plenty of portable fans and ceiling fans to help keep you cool at night. This is our 5th time of staying in the Poipu Sands resort, and this was the nicest condo interior so far. It does not have an ocean view from the lanai.

This Condo was very nice and private

Very nice and cool condo, in a stand alone building. Was very nice, clean and well stocked. Close to 3 beaches too.

Great location. Wonderful home!

Great location in a beautiful and well maintained property. Home was the most well furnished place we have stayed particularly all the incidental supplies and beach equipment. Morning coffee on the lanai was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this place!

Comfortable condo, nice location

Property was just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were good, the lanai was good sized and had comfortable furniture. The location was convenient to the beach. I was satisfied and would stay there again.

Great place for a small family!

We had a great time here! The condo had a lot of the things needed for the kids. Beach stuff was well stocked. Kitchen was also well stocked. Location was ideal for exploring the south side of the island. Would definitely recommend this place to other families!

Our stay was amazing! The condo and property are immaculate and beautiful. Loved sitting on the lanai. The pool is beautiful and quiet. We loved our morning walks along the coast and access to the Hyatt (sometimes got coffee there). So much sea life and beauty all around. The beds were very comfortable. There is no air conditioner but plenty of fans and it did not bother us at all. Would highly recommend!

Great get away!

Awesome and easy, the whole process from booking, to communicating with Scott the property manager, to getting in the Condo was a breeze! The property, it's location, and neighbors were everything you could ask for. Anything you needed was just a short distance away, would definitely stay there again!
