It's all about the location, views, and our new remodeled unit! Located in building 7, one of the smaller buildings with only 6 condos, you are in the heart of this oceanfront resort and steps from the beach!

Remodeled kitchen and bathroom, all new flooring throughout, new bedroom furniture, new living and dining room furniture, brand new 55" Smart TV, new art and accessories! All to be enjoyed with an amazing oceanview and AC!

1bedroom/1 bath. Enjoy the privacy of a top floor corner unit that fronts the Kiahuna Beach and takes in the ocean views that are beyond the sweeping lawn. The perfect spot for romantic getaways or family trips!

We have everything you need:

Everything about our stay was outstanding and exceptional. Deena, our host, was an excellent communicator and extremely fast at getting back to us with answers to any questions we had. The condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and at a prime location on the property. Everything about the condo, including our communication with Deena, lent itself to a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing stay in Poipu. We spent the morning and evenings on the lanai watching the ocean and enjoying creation. My husband and I look forward to coming back next year.

This apartment was perfect. Set is a beautifully landscaped resort, with gorgeous views across the lawn to the sea. Plenty of space and recently renovated to provide everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay. Smooth check-in/out and a towel change mid-stay. We loved it here and would highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!

This unit was incredible. It has fantastic ocean views, is very clean and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. Both my husband and I slept well and felt that the mattress was very comfortable. The check in and check out process were easy and quick with an onsite management company. Unit owner Deena was very communicative and nice to work with. She texted us on our first day to make sure we had gotten settled. When she learned that the beach umbrella provided was not in working order, she had a replacement delivered to the unit the next day! We will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you Deena!

The apartment is lovely, great views and nicely updated. This is our fourth time staying at Kiahuna plantation and this was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The AC is a big plus though with the through breeze of the corner unit we just needed it occasionally at night. The cleaning services provided during our two week stay were also very nice.

We had a great stay once again at Kiahuna Plantation. The owner was very easy to work with and always available if we had a question. The condo was very comfortable and clean!

The best place to stay on the South!

The condo has the best of everything. We enjoyed every minute and Deena was amazing — kind, responsive, and considerate. Hands down the best place to stay on the South.

Hostess was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and exactly as described with lots of extra amenities like beach chairs, a cooler & boogie boards. The condo is in an awesome location with a beautiful view down a grand lawn to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay of 5 nights. The view of the ocean and sunset is amazing. Deena is a terrific host. Responds quickly and is very thoughtful on details and communication. The unit was well equipped, clean comfy and quiet. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location!

Ocean view and direct beach access is amazing. Grounds have expansive lawns and lush tropical vegetation. The unit has updated kitchen and bathroom and tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The owner and manager were the most responsive of any VRBO I’ve stayed I I’d give it a higher rating is possible.

We are so delighted to share our condo with you! Our family loves Kauai and Kiahuna Plantation and all there is to offer from swimming, sunbathing and snorkling in the ocean to going on long walks, hiking, touring, enjoying the fresh Island fish and the Island Aloha.

We are avid travelers and cherish all of the places we have been fortunate enough to visit. We have been traveling to Poipu for many years and fell in love with Kiahuna Plantation and Poipu Beach and all that the island has to offer. We call it our home away from home.

Deena traveled to Poipu as a young girl and now we bring our own kids and grandchild to experience paradise. To this day our favorite place to travel to is Kiahuna Plantation, on the sunny side of the Kauai, and we hope you love it as much as we do.

We love having an incredible oceanview and a condo which is centrally located on the property and 500 steps to the beach. The plush greenery throughout the property is so well maintained by the staff is which makes you feel like you are in paradise the moment you arrive. You can sit and relax on the Lanai while enjoying the natural beauty of the ocean and grounds. Make sure you don't miss the stunning sunset at the beach each night.
