The property was gorgeous. It was close to the attraction yet felt secluded. We loved the fire pit. The house was amazing. It was huge. We had five families there and still had plenty of room. The decor was beautiful. Justin was great. I would highly recommend this property. I would definitely book this house again.

Plenty of room for our family. Loved the outdoor space. Home is a little outdated, but still very nice. Would stay here again.

Host was accessible and attentive to issues & what we needed. Property was exactly as described. Nice place. Great location. Could use a handrail at the entrance for older guests.

Huge home with plenty of space for large families. The host was very responsive when I had questions. The home is a bit dated but we didn’t mind at all. We did run into a few issues…the tub upstairs leaks and ends up coming out of the light fixture in the bathroom downstairs, and the stovetop in the kitchen didn’t work. Even with these issues, we would still come back and stay again. Great location and it really is a nice home!

The house is pretty dated but you can tell from pics. It was clean throughout and the beds were clean with the exception of the pull out bed. It was a little stained. One of our beds had a broken box spring. It was obvious the minute my son laid down. So we had just a mattress to sleep on. I told the host and was offered no resolution. The game were cool for sure. That’s why we chose to stay there but the joy stick on one of the games was broken, the darts didn’t have tips and the TV in the hidden room didn’t work but it is a dated vcr tv. We loved the hot tub and our group made use of the fire pit. Check in process was a bit much with them wanting to know everyone’s age and names. (It’s a big home rented for a big group) And for the price I feel like the property should be maintained a little better. (Loose tiles and such) However it was a place to stay and the host communicated quickly. Also pics do not show the construction that went on our whole stay. They are in the process of building new homes right on the back side of the rental. That was a bit disappointing. We thought this was a stay in the quiet mountains.

We had a great stay here, enough space to spread out and not be crowded. Kids loved the hot tub. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms overall were ok and we worked it out. *Some downsides … internet connection is not the strongest. The driveway can be a problem especially if you do not have all wheel or 4 wheel drive!!! It is steep drive covered in wet leaves and is very narrow and because of all the leaves it does make it difficult to see where the driveway is. The upstairs bathtub leaks into the downstairs bathroom. And in my opinion the bathrooms could use some work and improvements. But I still think the house is a great place and still think it’s a 5 star. These things would not keep me from coming back.

Family vacation

Listing is very deceiving!. Game room is unusable. Games are broken, air hockey table is so shakey, if you lean on it, it almost falls over. Every wall in the house was filthy. Chairs and carpet were stained. Several holes in the walls. There is a socket outside that has no cover on it. Big hazard if you have children. These are a few of the problems we had. This could be a beautiful place, if it was kept up. Unfortunately, it is run down both inside and out. We nofified owner right away, they offered to have someone come out to"take care" of the issues. They would have been there for at least 2 full days just cleaning, so I refused.

Patricia, thank you for sharing your concerns. It's a shame that you refused to have us come address issues that could have made your stay better! There is only 1 game not working but all other games were working before you checked in. I'll have our cleaning team address the cleaning and maintenance issues you've mentioned but again since you refused service we couldn't address for you! Hopefully you enjoyed our beautiful smoky mountains otherwise.
