Log home with attached studio apartment in the beautiful Matanuska-Susitna Valley. You’ll love the breathtaking views of Pioneer Peak from the window! There’s easy access to rivers, lakes, and hiking. It’s a great location for all that Butte, Alaska has to offer, including the famous Reindeer Farm just down the road. It’s a comfy studio with amenities and well stocked refrigerator. Perfect for an adventurous getaway in Alaska! PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SECONDARY UPSTAIRS UNIT ABOVE THIS STUDIO. guest will be staying on our personal property and there are neighborhood kids around. But they all obey quite hours.

Place was perfect, clean, great view out of window, we had a great time staying here!! Addition of a space to hang up clothing would be great, we would 100% stay here again it is a great value and a perfect place for a quick stay or a long trip for a couple!!! Make sure to check out Matanuska Glacier and Denali

Great property for overnight stay

We had an overnight stay on our way to Fairbanks. This was an easy drive from Anchorage and was very accessible. Great communication and check-in process. Room was exactly as listed. Would recommend!

Thank you so much for the cozy cabin feel. We had a great time. From the views to how beautiful the area is, we will definitely be renting again. I loved to see the dogs, made me miss mines even more. Again, thank you for the cozy accommodation.

Loved the view from my window! Would have liked a few clothes hangers; could use the shower curtain rod to hold them. Lovely, safe neighborhood and nice clean room. Good for a single or a couple.

Was nice and cute place. The only thing was weather was exceptionally cold that night -30F and small heater had no chance of warming area up. Very cold. Any other time it'd been quite pleasant.

I loved this little separate apartment from the main house. You had a wonderful view from the bedroom. It was cute, cozy and clean. I wish I could of stayed longer. Great location out of Anchorage.

VERY, VERY difficult to get from the ground in the door. No place to put suitcases. First night was woke up at 2am. By people above us. With barely enough room to get around their white truck and out the driveway. Shower had poor water pressure and showered with it all the way on high heat. Could of used at a minimum an extra hand towel. Nice location.

My second visit to Alaska visiting family and needed a place to stay that was between planned activities. This place was perfect. Very clean and with a comfy bed. Rustic and remote but yet not too far from town. The mountain view from the window was amazing. Definitely would rent again.
