We are located near the Alaska State Fair Grounds, outside city limits in the farm area. These New Bungalows have an unobstructed view of Pioneer Peak, that showcases amazing sunsets. Each Bungalow Sleeps 2, max. with a Queen Bed and a *American Leather* Tempur-pedic , No Bar- pull out sleeper. All bungalows have a kitchen area, counter with 2 bar stools and full bathroom. Amenities Include: Free Wifi, Coffee Maker, Dishes/Silverware, Fridge/freezer, Inductive Heating Plate, Pots and Pans, 40” Flat Screen With Netflix
My bungalows are not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for children under 12, they have a hot heater inside and a porch deck without railing

Beautiful location

Highly recommend to anyone staying in Palmer, AK area. Quiet location on a beautiful farm. Our bungalow was clean and bedding was comfortable. One of the owners (Yvonne) came out and met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cozy clean cottage

So clean and so welcoming and quiet. Couldnt find a better place that felt so comfortable. Yvonne had place stocked with everything you need for our stay. Communication with her was great. I will miss that home away from home.

Beautiful views and great stay

The view from the deck was great in the morning, being able to see the mountains and enjoy a cup of coffee was great. The hosts made sure we were taken care of and mafe.the stay wonderful.

Perfect Place in Palmer :)

My daughter and I returned to the Katherine bungalow for the second time. We have stayed at VRBOs around Alaska and this is our favorite. We like the quiet, clean, private, safe bungalow with the beautiful view. The bed and pull out couch are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is roomy, clean and modern. The kitchen area has all you need for simple meal prep and snacks. The hosts are 5 star:) You feel like a valued guest on their beautiful land. For us it is the perfect restful place to relax after a day of exploring the Palmer area.

Perfect

We stayed for a couple of nights. We went to the state fair and to a concert. The bungalow was very clean, communication with owners very easy. They are very friendly and were helpful with ideas of where to go out for dinner and ways to make our travel easier. Location is tucked back off the road a little so very quiet.
