This fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers comfort, style, and convenience just minutes from downtown Evansville. Whether you're visiting for work, a weekend getaway, or a family visit, this thoughtfully designed space is the perfect place to unwind.


The Space
Enjoy a bright, open layout with modern finishes and comfortable, stylish furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a large island—ideal for cooking meals or gathering with friends and family. The living room includes a smart TV and plush seating for a relaxing night in.

The property was very clean and cozy, it had everything we needed. It was very is to find and near many wonderful things that we could visit. The host was easy to contact and made sure that our stay was a pleasant one. Was also pet friendly which was a big plus fur us

Super cute house. Was close to everything. Was super comfortable beds. Loved having washing machine. Neighbors seemed nice and friendly. Enjoyed the decore!!!

Conveniently located, easy parking - right in front of property. Clean & well appointed, safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again. Host communicates well.

The home itself was nice, but there were issues with lack of communication about using the back gate. We had to wait until 4 to check in although the home was ready at like 2 pm and I explained we had small children that could use the time in for naps. There would have been a fee for that and honestly the rate per night for this part of Evansville was already steep as it’s not the nicest area. Also, the previous guests left a gun in the home. We have a 16 month old. That could have easily been a horrible situation had it been found as it was in a drawer nightstand easily accessible. We were only offered a late check out for these issues. This was all addressed but it made for a more uneasy stay than I would have hoped. The owner was quick to respond and helped with another issue that arose from the pack n play missing from the home as we had planned to use. A new one arrived quickly. The home itself was nice, the communication with the owner was great but I do feel like a little more could have been done after the rough start.

Thank you for your stay and for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the home overall, and I truly appreciate you noting our communication throughout your trip. To touch on a few items: • Early check-in: The home was ready a bit ahead of schedule, and as outlined in our listing and check-in instructions, we do offer optional early check-in for a small fee. Many guests take advantage of it, but of course it’s completely optional. Since you preferred the standard 4pm check-in, we followed our usual timing. We always try to give guests flexibility based on what works best for them. • Back gate: After your stay, we walked through it with our team and found everything operating normally. Even so, we’re adding a clearer note in the instructions just to make arrival even smoother for future guests. • Pack-and-play: I’m sorry it wasn’t where it should have been. As soon as you reached out, we had a new one delivered within the hour, and we updated our turnover checklist to make sure this doesn’t happen again. • Item left by a prior guest: This was an extremely unusual and unfortunate situation. Our cleaners do check drawers, but these particular dresser drawers don’t fully extend, and the item had been pushed behind the visible area. As soon as we were notified, it was immediately retrieved and the prior guest was reported to the platform. Our inspection protocol was updated to include reaching into those deeper spaces.

This property is stunning and clean. The entire inside had been updated with new everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare and cook meals. The beds are super comfortable. I knew it would be an amazing stay as soon as I walked in and smelled how fresh the interior smelled. The communication with the host was superior. The amenities like the pre downloaded apps on the tv…to the little things like soaps and extras in the kitchen.This property gets a 10 out of 10. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent any properties from this host and will be a repeat visitor in the future as I often travel to Evansville at least a couple times a month. There isn’t anything this host could have done better. Everything was so amazing I even extended my stay.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We drove 800 miles to surprise family for a few days and were met with many small inconveniences at this property related to cleanliness and functionality. The host was quick to respond and try to make things right which was appreciated. The house was very basic with minimalist decorations which was really nice while traveling with a toddler. We would stay at this property again in the future.
