Waters Edge Retreat with new hot tub
Come and enjoy Lake Cumberland with the whole crew. This secluded home has 5 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms and tons of character. Soak in the views from this lodge-like home with all the right touches. Waters Edge is 6 miles from Beaver Creek Marina, 25 minutes from Conely Bottom Marina, and less than 20 minutes to Wal-Mart. The neighborhood has several hiking trails that walk to beautiful views of the lake.
This amazing home is one of the only in the private gated neighborhood and is practically brand new. One of only 5 homes in the neighborhood, it feels like you have a private mountaintop to enjoy the amazing views of Lake Cumberland. With 5 spacious bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, there is enough space for all of your family and friends. You can enjoy lake views from the living room, office, loft and almost every spot outside. This home can comfortably sleep 21 people and is great for entertaining.
Waters Edge is located in a private neighborhood with no other houses around. The front parking can accommodate 4 large vehicles or boat/trailers, and the driveway can fit a few more. Since you are the only house on the street, parking along the street can fit everyone else.
House Rules:
• Minimum age to rent 25.
• - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
•
• - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
• - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
• - PARKING: parking is provided in driveway in font of House side by side.. Our Parking is suitable for sedans or SUVs. Boat Parking available if necessary.
• - Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied.
• - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
• - Minimum age to rent 25 years old.
• - If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.
• - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay at Lake Cumberland, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
• Cleaning:
A cleaning fee is added for clean up at the end of your stay. If you need to schedule an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us and we will make this arrangement for you. Please schedule at least one day in advance.
• Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are after 10pm
• Check-Out Instructions:
Load dishwasher with any dirty dishes and run.
Strip beds and put all linens in washer, DO NOT RUN (Our cleaning team will do this) Put all towels and dishtowels in basement next to washer.
Log out of all your Online accounts.
Set Thermostat to 65 In winter or 73 in summer months.
• Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check in is at 4:00pm Check out time is 10:00am
• Is late check-out possible?
If you would like a late check out please contact us in advance, If we do not have a reservation on the day of your checkout we may be able to accommodate this.
