Waiohuli Beach Hale #C-112 is a ground floor partial ocean view unit. It sparkles with the beauty of our Hawaiian Islands. This 2 bedroom 2 bath has a full kitchen, complimentary high speed wireless internet service, and ceiling fans. There is no a/c in the living room, and portable a/c in both bedrooms. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Waiohuli Beach Hale #C-112 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights

Waiohuli Beach Hale is a small oceanfront complex located in Kihei Maui Hawaii. This property has a great aloha feeling with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Each unit is steps from the ocean and is centrally located to great shopping, restaurants, beaches and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. In addition there is a 60 foot solar heated pool, barbecues and shuffleboard located right next to the ocean.This complex is one of the great finds in Kihei Maui for its affordability and charm. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets from your lanai.Waiohuli Beach Hale is a Maui property where guests return year after year.

This place was the perfect location. Close to everything. Kihei is the cutest little beach town. Condo was super clean, has all the amenities and communication with property manager was excellent. We will definitely book here again on our next visit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean but showed signs of wear: the mirrored closet door in the second bedroom was unsafe. I expected a little nicer decor for the price. However, the location can't be beat - walking to grocery store, restaurants, food trucks,15 minute drive to the harbor. The grounds are kept very tidy, the pool is clean and inviting (a spa would be super!), The Beach for walking is right there! good for a dip, not good for snorkeling. There are public pickle ball courts half a mile north. We did not have access to the condo washing machine and dryer, for the price, I feel we should have. I usually stay in South Kihea for half the cost, less convenient to town but nicer condo. My brother prefered this location for his birthday rally.

A Magical Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 7 nights at this lovely little condo to celebrate my mother’s milestone 80th Birthday and had the most magical time! The condo comfortably accommodated our group of 5 which included my two young kiddos. There were pool noodles, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels and coolers at the condo for our use which made it so fun! The lower level location was ideal for my mom’s mobility issues and the short walk to the sand was perfect as well. The kids took advantage of the pool and the two outdoor showers were great for sandy rinse off after beach time! The condo was clean and well stocked. It was a short walk to grocery stores, coffee shop and to Home Maid Cafe for fresh malasadas for a morning treat! It was a great “home base” location for exploring Maui. One minor thing to note is it would have been great to have a coffee table in addition to the little round dining table. The rental company was excellent to work with and communicative, the booking and check in process was smooth. Would highly recommend and absolutely would come back to stay here! Mahalo Rentals Maui!

Kihei's Pleasant Surprise

I've been coming to Maui for a long time, but I had never stayed or even seen the Waiohuli Beach Hale property before. What an amazing location (right on the beach). Most of the people staying there were families that had been coming for years and it wasn't too long before we came to understand why. It is a smaller venue compared to the other Condo communities, but that wasn't a bad thing. We enjoyed getting to know some of our neighbors and participated with them in "watching the sunsets". We would stay there again.

Great Vacation spot

The kitchen had everything we needed although we could not get the coffee pot to work - may have been user error. There was a coffee shop very close by so I walked over for a morning latte. The sunset views from the lanai were phenomenal and the beach was a great place to spend our afternoons. I appreciate the beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc...

Great Well Priced Option

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this complex and this unit was better than the last (a bit more updated and very clean). My only reason for not staying again is that I need a washer dryer in unit and central AC. They have units in the bedrooms, but the lounge can get hot even with the fans. I don’t recall seeing that there was no AC in the lounge as the photo looked to have one, but I may be mistaken. In any event, if you want a great location to tons of restaurants, a good pool right in front, and a decent beach with turtles, it’s solid. It gets very windy around 2-4pm so something to know, but otherwise, a good deal and we had a very nice time!

Wonderful stay

The condo had everything we wanted, so appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella and the water noodles, so much fun. Would highly recommend this unit, and I did contact the staff as the outdoor rack was broken and they promptly replaced, so grateful for our time in a lovely unit

Vacation with Family

Overall our stay was good. The A/C units were noisy in the bedrooms which made it difficult to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked. The baths could use some updating. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful.

Friends Bike Trip

Great stay for 4 buddies on a cycling trip. Perfect location, right next to a grocery store for convenient shopping and great (inexpensive) poke. Easy check in and out.

Christmas Holidays in Kihei

We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays (Christmas and New Years) at Waiohuli Beach Hale #C-112, and this was our first time staying at this complex. We really liked the location of this condo having amenities within walking distance and easy access to the rest of the island. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything functioned as it should. Cooking at the barbeque and in the kitchen was great with a well stocked kitchen. The air conditioners worked fine. We had a wonderful breeze that ran through the unit. Plenty of supplies in general for daily living and for the beach. Ground level was great for us with two kids aged 11 and 12 for them to be able to go straight out to play and go directly to pool and BBQ. The landscaped grounds at this complex are beautiful to look out at. Pool was nice and big and being max depth of 4' was plenty. Beach was nice, and got to see turtles. Looking forward to our next vacation in Kihei. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Family friendly property

Our family (two kids) enjoyed that the pool, beach front and lawn/gardens were accessible by walking out of this ground floor unit. Gorgeous sunrises, sunsets, and we even saw turtles on the beach. It was a quiet area and also a convenient, short walk to grocery store, restaurants, food truck and doctors office. We would stay again.

Maui No Ka Oi!

Happy to visit Maui again. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unit. It was as described; well stocked with pretty much everything one would need. A couple of the beach chairs could use an upgrade.

Second stay in the same unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time in the same unit at Waiohuli Beach Hale. The complex is in a perfect location, walking distance to a grocery store and the best coffee shop. There was road construction being done on South Kihei road during our stay which made driving a little slower. The beach near the complex is beautiful but the water isn't the best for swimming. We watched the sunset every night from the beach and found sea turtles about a 10min walk each morning down the beach. The unit is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beach chairs are getting a little worn but they still functioned well for our purposes. There were umbrellas, beach toys and plenty of beach towels.We loved being able to walk right off of our lanai to the pool are or beach yet the it was tucked back enough to still feel fairly private. Will definitely book again for our next Maui getaway.

Wonderful Place

Loved our stay here. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were super comfortable. The lanai was a great spot to eat or just relax. Simple walk through the garden to the beach. Beach was never crowded. Saw turtles everyday. Pool was great. Condo was away from the main road, so no traffic noise. Recommend this place for people wanting a laid back, relaxing place to stay. Will be back!

Perfect spot!

The property is well maintained, furnished with everything you need for a Maui vacation (beach chairs, swim noodles, sand toys, beach towels). And for those who like to cook…the kitchen is better supplied than mine at home. Every utensil, pot and pan imaginable. And a Small supply of spices and condiments. Pool is sparking and the peppery is right on a secluded, quiet beach.

No trouble in paradise!

5 of us stayed for a week.Nice pool beautiful grounds.Beach access on property. Within walking distance to grocery stores,restaurant's and bars.Also mauis best beaches are just a couple miles down s kihei rd.
