We are a Gold Standard Hotel as designated by the Belize Tourism Board with all the required safety protocols in place.
Come and relax in our tropical Paradise. Enjoy the view of lush gardens from your porch or take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool just a few steps away. You'll delight to the sound of waves breaking or marvel at white caps out on the reef. The Second Greatest Barrier Reef in the world is just a short distance from the shore, and you'll be able to make arrangements at our neighboring dive shops for an adventure on the sea, or beneath it. If you're landlubbers, you may enjoy sunbathing on our private dock or swim and snorkel in our protected area. If you're fearless, try a parasail or windsurf. Music lovers gather in January and February to enjoy the ever famous Jerry Jeff Walker Concerts at The Palapa Bar & Grill just out our beach gate. Be sure to bring your cowboy hat!
We're only minutes walking distance to dining on the beach, shopping in town, tourist activities and water sports. We have the very best location on the Island!
Our condo is fully equipped, and we provide maid service every third day. Laundy pickup is available at a minimal charge.

The unit and the property were beautiful and just what we needed. It property is right on the ocean and each unit gets the wonderful tropical breeze that makes Belize so wonderful. The property is walking distance to everywhere you want to go (restaurants, tours, shopping, and yet the quiet courtyard setup makes it feel like you are in your own quiet oasis. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great location

Quiet location right in town and on the beach. Short walk to everything you need. Melissa was very accommodating.

Wonderful place!

We loved the condo so much! It was the perfect location, and it was great having a private pool and lounge area AND a dock. The condo was perfect and exactly what we needed! Thank you for having us!

Great stay in San Pedro

We love having a condo in places we go. This condo was a perfect location for us near the downtown area. Melissa was a great host taking very good care of us! We would definitely come back here.

Honeymoon

We chose this place to be close to the beaches and city. Vary walkable. The seaweed is out of control around July. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed the pool. If you like a firm bed this VRBO is for you.

Thank you for being our guest. The seaweed (Sargassum) is at times an issue all the way up to Cancun. Sorry it was so bad during your stay. I'm glad you enjoyed the pool; it certainly is a peaceful area of the property, and having the wonderful restaurants within walking distance makes the hardest part about meals is which one to go to. Paradise Villas

Wonderful first time experience in San Pedro and particularly at Paradise Villas. Melissa was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay at her condo again or at any other Paradise Villa properties which are very conveniently located.

Condo Paradise Villas

Overall the property served our purpose. The grounds are very nice, the pool was nice. The condo was sufficient, not fancy but clean. It is close to several restaurants and a grocery store close by. Great location. Bed was comfortable.

Mid-April

We enjoyed our time at Paradise Villas. Proximity to restaurants and beach bars is perfect and having the pool was great…our end of day location most days. A great place to socialize and meet other travellers. Unit is a bit older but overall fit our needs perfectly, right size for two adults and has all the amenities you need.

Perfect

Paradise Villas is absolutely perfect! The location is 3-5 minute walk to town. there is a market a few minute walk from the property and the fun Palapa Bar and Grill located on the pier on the water is right out the door! The condo is very clean and the staff are super helpful! Melissa is a great host too!

Perfect location… beautiful pool

Excellent property. Kitchen had enough dishes. Overall great trip. I wish they had a smart tv. Wanted to watch Netflix. Love the Red Ginger restaurant!

Great location!

Nice condo in a great centralized location on the beach. Right in the center of town. Condo was clean, and well furnished. Krishan was very helpful… picked us up at the water taxi, answered all our texts quickly, and arranged for our trip to Tropic Air for our trip back to the airport. Pool was nice. Close to great restaurants. Rented a golf cart for the 10 days we were there and explored much of the island. Highly recommend this property.

Thank you for staying with us. Being in town is the best, walking distance to all the great food and entertainment. Exploring the Island is so much fun. Easy to navigate without getting lost. After a day you feel like a local knowing all the roads. Go north, go south, it's always fun to see all that the Island has to offer. Krishan is great. I'm glad he was able to be of service to you. The whole staff there is wonderful and friendly. Once again, thanks, I hope you will always have fond memories of your time in Belize.

Lovely Condo, excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melissa's place. It's in a great location, only a short walk to the ferry port and center of town, and close to all amenities you would need. A great spot from which to explore the paradise of San pedro. Paradise Villas is a lovely, peaceful and well maintained community - the staff and residents are all friendly and welcoming. The unit itself is also very well maintained and stocked with all our family needed. We had a blast, and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little house for vacation

The Villa is in an excellent location right on the water and within ready walking distance of everything you want. The house was clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There was air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The pool was warm and not too busy. Very quiet at night. They helped us arrange a golf cart for one day too.

Excellent condo and love cation

We loved our stay! Great location for everything. Facilities were very well maintained by very friendly staff and very quiet even though the middle street it is located on is busy. Condo had everything you would need with daily housekeeping to assist you in anything you required. The owners Ken and Melissa were excellent showed us some of the local restaurants and bars out of the normal tourist areas. San Pedro is busy but very easy to get around. Will definitely return!

Cute Spot in San Pedro

My wife and I had a quick stay in San Pedro. The hostess was very responsive and arranged for us to be picked up from the water taxi. We were in Belize for our honeymoon, so she decorated the condo with a trail of flower petals and towel origami which was such a nice and thoughtful touch! The condo itself was cozy and perfect for our needs, with a convenient location. The staff helped us get a golf cart rental so we could drive to Secret Beach. We definitely recommend this place!

Loved it!

The location was excellent, condo was cute, very clean and well maintained. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need! The ladies that came to clean everyday were very nice and the office staff was very helpful. Pick up and delivery back to the ferry was a breeze! We will be back.

wonderful condo and location

was R 13th visit to San Pedro. We have stayed at Paradise villas for 8 years. This is the first time we have stayed in Ken and Melissa's condo, and it is by far our preference. Ken and Melissa are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need. we love the location and all of the people at Paradise Villas are so friendly and welcoming.thanks to Ken and Melissa for all their help and making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Exactly what we were looking for

If you are looking for a clean property with a perfect location then look no further. The villa we stayed in, 7A, was clean, comfortable, and in the middle of everything! We felt very safe and an issue that arose was taken care of immediately. The only down side was that the bed was very squeaky. Other than that I could not recommend this villa more. Thank you for the home away from home feeling!
