Spacious one bedroom plus den condo with great views of the pool, beach and ocean. Walk out of your front door to a spacious patio where you are just steps from the beach. The king master suite with ensuite bathroom is roomy with plenty of storage. The den has a full size futon plus access to a "backyard" patio. Large kitchen with dining area and updated living room furnishings provide you with all of the comforts of home.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

Perfect spot!

This location is perfect! Just north of the bridge, and only about a 15 min golf cart ride into town. I recommend a golf cart from this location. We basically had the beach to ourselves for a week. Room is very clean! Hosts are exceptional!

Perfect condo, perfect location, great trip!

This was the perfect condo for a couple - it had a very comfortable king bed, a bath and half, great water pressure, two killer A/C units, convenient parking, two nice swimming pools, and the best hosts you could ask for. Brittany and Mike were on top of everything. The stocked our fridge with our beverages of choice. They arranged not only our golf cart rental and Tropic Air flights, but also our excursions.They made everything so easy and even transported our luggage to the airport for us. We couldn't have asked for more!

Great service and location

Brittany and Mike were great to work with. They made arrangements for golf cart rental, refreshments and snorkel excursion. Location is great, just north of bridge from San Pedro. The condo was clean, and met all our needs. Pool just outside our condo, and few steps to shoreline and dock. We were picked up from dock by Victor from the outfitter Sealicious or snorkeling on the reef. We will definitely visit again!

Hidden Gem

The most impressive thing was the complimentary pickup to andfrom the airport. The condo and property were immaculately clean. I was provided a five gallon jug of water. The pools and beach were well maintained. Great location. Very spacious condo. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!!

Brittany & Mike are excellent at what they do!! Great people & employees! They are on top of things!!! The condo was great too! We stayed 10 days! You can snorkel right off the dock! The views are great! Super quiet even though it’s close to town.

Amazing Stay

Very nice and comfortable. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Condo had all the comforts of home and well furnished. Kimberly and Chad were very nice and helpful with cart rental and excursions and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Location

This property has everything we wanted for a relaxing ocean front location. The attention to detail and communication by Brittany in every way from getting us from and to the airport and setting us up in our condo and everything in between was flawless. We will be returning for sure.

Highly recommend, great resort, great location.

Stayed here for several nights and would do it again in a heart beat. The hosts were incredible! They met us when we arrived and walked us through everything and were incredibly friendly. They responded to any of our questions throughout the week quickly and were always available. The property itself is beautiful with two pools, ocean access and just the right distance from town. Our room had everything we needed and was furnished nicely. If you are coming to the island I would highly recommend staying here.

Great experience at The Landings

The condo was just as described in the listing, a very nice place to stay. The location was perfect, short golf ride to town and to the restaurants to the south, very easy to get around. Kimberly and Chad can arrange everything you will need. We will definitely be back!

The hosts were the best. Available anytime. Very prompt when scheduling tours and the taxi. Condo was on the best and had the prettiest views. I highly recommend the property and it’s kid friendly as well.

Look no further!

What a great condo! Clean, well stocked, GREAT location just north of the bridge, covered patio tucked in with pool and ocean view. Kimberly and Chad were top notch from the very beginning with booking, answering questions and unbelievably organized. We felt world class as they took care of everything!

Great place on Ambergris Cay

Chad and Kimberly made this trip perfect. They were always available and we’re the best hosts ever. The condo was spotless and well equipped although I do agree with a previous review that new cookware is needed. Hector was wonderful in helping with the grounds and directions. Pools were well maintained. I can’t say enough good things about this property and our hosts.

Great place!

The property is as advertised. Chad and Kimberly were excellent. They answered any and all questions. The fridge was stocked with beverages when we arrived. We booked a golf cart, fishing trip and sunset sail trip through them also. Could not have asked for more.

Customer Service was a 5+. The place was very clean. I would recommend to anyone traveling to San Pedro. The apartment was very cool and refreshing from the AC. They provide plenty of linens. Convenient location. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner before and during the trip. Don't hesitate to book. Thank you for providing your guest with such a pleasant experience!

Peaceful and beautiful as described

Great location This was a warm and cozy apartment for two. We couldn't have asked for more. Mike and Brittany were invaluable as hosts! The beach was absolutely lovely. We were just a few steps from beach from our apartment. You could even be picked up for whatever right at the dock. This was an exceptional trip, we truly loved it from the moment we arrived. Also wanted to say how wonderful all the people in the area were. We always felt safe and never met a stranger. Groceries, restaurants, golf carts, etc. all easily within reach.

Beat our expectations

The location of the property is just out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, which was great. The grounds and pool were clean and well kept. The condo unit was clean, well maintained and well appointed, we had no issues. Also there was a pier out into the ocean, so our dive company was able to pick us up and drop us off each day - saved on a golf cart rental. The hosts were easy to work with, available when needed, and had great communication during the entire process. They will also able pre-stock the unit with some supplies if you request them ahead of time. We will rent here again.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful property ! Everything was clean and well kept. From start to finish Kimberly and Chad made our first time traveling to Belize so easy and worry free. They booked our Tropic air flights and had a golf cart waiting for us. i would highly recommend using them to book both. We were met at the airport and Kimberly drove us to the property pointing places out. The sargassum was not an issue because we had the pool. and a beautiful beach right there. It is in the perfect location, feels secluded but close to everything. Was able to see the stars at night. The condo had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was nice and quiet and everyone was very nice and courteous.

Awesome trip, book with this condo

We stayed 2/12/20-2/22/20, Kimberly and Chad were awesome, best service I have had. From booking tours, domestic airfare, golf cart for us, to arranging to have beer and water in fridge upon arrival, a bridge pass, leaving a local cell phone in condo which actually really came in handy to meeting us at the airport, taking care of our luggage and taking us back, they go above and beyond. Our unit was large, clean, the bed was very comfortable, the AC units cold, we used the kitchen which was stocked with cookware, there is a great market walking distance for groceries. The locals are friendly, the pools clean, no seaweed problem here. The location is best, just north of bridge away from hustle bustle of San Pedro but close enough to enjoy the town as its really cool, also great to see north side with Secret Beach, Truck Stop, Crocs, etc. Check the book in the room has list of fun things to do on island. We stayed 10 days and did not do nearly all we wanted so we will be back!
