We had a very pleasant stay - the unit was cozy and cool, which was particularly important given how hot it was outside. The neighborhood seemed quiet and there was a school nearby. We were also close to several stores that made it easy to pick up supplies for our trip.

Stayed 5 days. Outside patio was a great place to sit and chill after a busy day in Vegas. Close to Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Boulder City.

An adorable place to stay with all necessities needed just in case. Nice pool and neighborhood. Perfect distance from all attractions and main vegas spots. Host was easy to communicate with and very understanding.

The host was very responsive to our needs. It could be improved substantially with air conditioning installed instead of taking up significant space in an already small area.

Great place to stay!

I stayed at this property during a conference that I came to town for. It's a great budget-friendly option for staying off of the strip. It's a simple space but has everything you need! Definitely would recommend.

Cute and clean

It was a perfect place to base from as we explored the areas around Vegas. Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire. Great communication with the owner. Beautiful private pool area.

Hi Kim I’m sorry to hear that your stay wasn’t up to your standards. The AC intake hose has been modified to stay as far away as possible from the bed while keeping the room nice and cool.

We came to spend some time in Vegas with some friends but are not the Hotel type so we opted to rent this little place! It was perfect! Everything we were expecting we had! Stefano was very gracious to let us check in early after a long drive from home because we made it into town earlier than we thought we would. He was easy to communicate with as well!

Hi Kody thank you for your review. We didn’t expect anybody to want to use the pool since it was at 47 degrees Fahrenheit. However, the pool has been cleaned and is ready to use.

Hi Cheryl! I’m sorry to hear that the unit wasn’t up your standards. As mentioned when requested we thoroughly clean the unit, the patio and the pool before your arrival. The pool was cleaned daily on the previous 3 days before your coming. Unfortunately sometimes the winds bring in leaves and dust on the pool, however, we clean this as needed as we did when you requested it. The pool is indeed private and the blinds are closed on our end to make sure you have the needed space. Lastly, the unit is well equipped with two AC vents. We lower the temperature as needed, however, no such request was ever made.

The outside space was great. Roomy and private. The inside space was very small. The picture made it look more spacious than it was. All in all though, very comfortable and Stefano was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend grip bars in the bathroom. My elderly husband had a difficult time. Also, the path to the entrance should be paved. Very difficult to maneuver luggage on pavers and for mobility challenged seniors. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

Practical Pool Suite in Henderson

Guest room located in Henderson, one of the most popular residential areas in Greater Las Vegas. The setting is away from tourist crowds; driving to the Strip takes roughly 15 minutes. Not a luxury hotel but a functional private stay—no resort fees and no overpriced drinks. Supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities are only a few minutes away by car.The room is clean, with a comfortable queen bed, en-suite bathroom and an efficient portable A/C unit. Private pool reserved solely for this unit, ideal for enjoying sun and quiet. Wi-Fi, pool towels and on-site parking are provided. Guests handle a few basics themselves (e.g., trash disposal, keeping beverages chilled), which worked well during our 14-day stay.The host replies within minutes, provides assistance when needed and offers flexible check-in/out. With a car, this property is a reliable, fairly priced base for those seeking relaxation outside the Strip.

It was fine.

This wasnt great by any means. It was advertised as having AC but it’s controlled by the main house and I messaged the owner twice and never heard back. It was very warm in the room, so warm that we left 2 hours early. There was a used Keurig pod in the machine, a half drank water bottle on the dresser. The toilet paper holder was broken, the pool was very very dirty so we didn’t end up using it.

Hi Kelcey thank you for bringing this up to my attention. Unfortunately the main part of the house remained at 74 degrees as stated on the welcome message. However, I will make sure to lower as requested. Your request came in at 1am which I wasn’t awake to see it in time. The toilet holder has been fixed, I apologize for the water bottle and the used keurig pod. I will make sure to be more detailed next time. Lastly, there was an issue found with the impeller of the pool pump that has been cleaned. The pool is up to par now for any future use. I apologize for all the inconvenience and unfortunate timing of all these things going bad while you were here. Thank you for your honest review
