The spacious master bedroom opens onto a balcony with panoramic views and features a private outdoor shower—perfect for sunbathing and refreshing in total privacy.

On the ground floor, open-plan living and dining spaces seamlessly extend into the garden and infinity pool, blending with the marina’s scenic backdrop.
