Three bedrooms including two upstairs bedrooms with a full size bed and a twin bed in each. Main level bedroom has a queen size bed. Full bathroom on main level, partial bathroom on upper level. Includes linens and towels. Washer and dryer available for minimal fee. Fire pit and charcoal grill available on outside patio.

Scenic River Inn stay

Stayed for a weekend hunting trip with friends. Property was conveniently located and allowed us to have our dog with which is a plus. Only negative is the water pressure for taking a shower, but wasn’t a deal breaker for our group.

Ferryville Cuteness

This home brought back so many memories of my grandparents Olson’s home in Gays Mills. Older home with old home noises, nicely furnished and country decorated. Owners were quick to answer and accommodating. Bonus was the basement access to another restroom and adult hangout. Beautiful view of the Mississippi River and sunsets, spacious rooms and nice backyard. Great access to main road. Grocery shopped on the way. We had to get use to the trains blowing their horn when they came through at night. We would and plan to stay here again!

Youth Hunt Sons/Dads Weekend

Property was very clean, amenities were great and met the exact need we were looking for! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to get out hunting or fishing on the Mississippi. Boat launch is across the street and very convenient.

Very comfy and great location!!!

It had everything you need and then some to be comfortable. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Allowed early check in which really helped out! Will be back for sure!

Perch 2024

We came to fish the Mississippi River for a few days. The location is convenient to many boat launches. The home is comfortable and spacious. The hosts are awesome! There is plenty of off street parking for vehicles and a trailer.

Loved it here

Spacious and comfortable accommodations with a lot of historical charm. Plenty of off-street parking provided as well.

Comforts of Home

It is always wonderful when we stay at this property !! This property is always very clean, smells so clean and fresh, and very comfortable and well maintained. We have stayed many places on the Mississippi and this remains our favorite place. Thanks Deb !!
