A perfect getaway! So peaceful and quiet. The views are amazing from the porch, both ocean and intercosstal. 5 minute walk to the beach. The property was accurately listed, no surprises at all. The Host made sure we enjoyed the stay, recommending the best of local dining and activities. Absolutely enjoyed the Salty Medicine!!!

I would definitely stay here again. Close to the ocean and pool. House was equipped with every thing you needed. It even had a child's play area for reading and doing art or games.

We LOVED this house. The property management company was quick to respond and very easy to work with. We also met the owner and she was more than accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good location & the interior was clean. The beautiful outdoor space shown online was not so beautiful. The covered bar space was in poor shape & had a couple resident rats, which we saw. Rat feces were all over the patio & in the cabinets. I contacted the handyman, who came right away. He put out rat poison, but the feces were not cleaned up. It was disgusting. I reached out to Sol Searching Properties to advise & nothing was done . Due to the health risks because of the feces, we were unable to use that space. The living room had a couch, a chair & ottoman, no loveseat as shown. It was a little tight for 8 of us to hang out in the evening. We had planned to be outside & in the beautiful backyard with the fire pit, but not with the rats. We did use the grill outside & the fenced in yard was convenient to let the dog out. Beds were comfy & kitchen was well equipped. I suggest commercial rat boxes be placed outside. Seems to be a colony between this house, the unkempt house next door & while sitting on the balcony, we would see them cross the street to another yard.

AZ Jackson Beach

The house and location was perfect for our family vacation. My three year old grandchild loved the kid’s corner, which was a unique special touch. Having the pool and the beach within close proximity and easy access made the stay all we could ask for - highly recommend!

Family beach trip

We loved this beach house. It was perfect for multiple families (and our pup). The location was ideal- across from the beach access path and a great pool. Highly recommend.

Perfect for families!!

What a wonderful home. So cozy! Three bedrooms two bathrooms downstairs and master bedroom with full bathroom and half bath upstairs. Beautiful kitchen with views for sunrise and sunsets on all the balconies. Kids play/art area and the backyard was just everything for my kids. Safe street with not much traffic. Quick walks to access the gorgeous NTB and just a mile or two from surf city. Overall great communication, location and vacation (staycation in my case). 5/5 recommend!

Upon arrival we were unable to get into the home. I called Betsy numerous times but was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. Tried her email and still no response. Finally had to contact VRBO and finally got a reply to my email to Betsy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, along with the kitchen. But the upstairs floor was dirty with sand and spilled food, the recliners had crumbs, sand and long dog hair all over them, the patio door windows were dirty with greasy hand prints. I messaged Betsy to let her know and got no response. Then that night there was no hot water. Again no response. Had to message her again the next morning and she finally sent the emergency contact. He was amazing and came when he said he would be there. I also messaged Betsy to let her know I had tried to vacuum the floor but it barely worked. No apologies. Had to ask for the cleaners to come and clean. I will never rent another property from Betsy and her company due to the inadequate response from her on matters that needed attention. No apology and didn’t care. One last thing: The baby gate that was there for us to use was completely rusted and all her response was “this is what is provided by the owner”. If my grandson had cut his hand in the gate it would have lead to an infection and that’s all she could say. This is something I had requested to use when the property was reserved. As a property manager it’s her job to take care of these things.
