There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The ocean view was gorgeous. Everything we needed besides our food choices was available. The place was clean & comfortable furniture.

So great! Essentially each family (3 of us) had their own floor. Allowing for privacy when needed! Loved how close it was to the beach. Came with all the things we could need. Thanks for a great stay.

Great stay!

Great stay with great views. Excellent communication. Comfortable beds! Ice maker in the kitchen was a plus. Short little walk to the beach. Owners left towels, chairs, beach toys, and umbrella for us to use. Even had spices in the kitchen for cooking. Great perk! Hot tub was a great addition! Will look at staying here again.

The house was very clean. The only cleanliness issue was with the outdoor shower. It was full of sand. A longer hose is needed to hose off chairs and the shower. The house is very close to a beach access that doesn't have stairs, which made it easy for senior dogs and humans to go to the beach. Bedrooms on 3 floors allowed for privacy for all. The hot tub was operational and a nice addition, though it did have sand in the bottom. The stairway to the top floor had 2 nails not hammered in which could cause injury. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and living room for our group of 6. The elevator was operational and a nice addition for moving luggage and a senior dog that doesn't do stairs.

First, let me state from the beginning that Seashore Beach House was overall an excellent rental and we had an amazing time. That being said, one of the main issues was the temperamental functioning of the elevator. The main purpose for renting this particular property was for the elevator because my grown son is on crutches recovering from 2 major ankle surgeries. At best the elevator was marginal, it would get stuck on the bottom or second floor. I contacted the property rental office who referred me to the Maintenance Manager who made two visits. His last visit to this property, he stated he was going to recommend that they contact the elevator company and request that they make an annual maintenance check. Ultimately, we were only able to utilize the elevator less than a dozen times for the entire week which was problematic!Second, and this seems minor but it was advertised in the listing of amenities and it was one of our wishes, was to rent a place with a BBQ grill. However, both propane tanks were empty. When I contacted the property manager, she referred me back to the Maintenance Manager who stated that refilling the propane tanks was up to the renter. This was a surprise because it wasn't stated in online listing.Third, the Hot Tub had not been serviced in quite a while. There was a lot of sand in the bottom of the tub and the water was questionable? There was a fee for the Hot Tub. These are things that should be addressed, even if it's off-season.

We would like to clarify a few points for future guests, particularly regarding our responsiveness to your concerns. First, our Maintenance Manager visited the property twice regarding the elevator. The elevator is under a professional maintenance contract and is regularly serviced. Upon evaluation, it was functioning properly, and the difficulties appeared to be related to its operation rather than a mechanical issue. Residential elevators require all doors and gates to be properly secured to operate. Regarding the grill, fuel is the guest’s responsibility. Just as guests would provide charcoal and lighter fluid for a charcoal grill, propane is considered a consumable supply rather than an included amenity. As for the hot tub, sand is unfortunately common at oceanfront properties. However, we take cleanliness and water quality seriously and appreciate concerns being brought to our attention. Most importantly, our team responded to each concern raised during your stay, including multiple maintenance visits. While we cannot prevent every inconvenience, we pride ourselves on being accessible and addressing issues promptly. We’re happy your family enjoyed the home overall and hope to welcome you back!

I absolutely love the house. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is nice. The house was so roomy and comfortable. Love the jacuzzi would stay here again

Perfect Getaway

This was exactly what we were looking for! Proximity to the beach, and other fun things in the area was perfect. The house was amazing, so much room for activities!

Great House

The house and location is exactly as the pictures show. Recommend highly if you want a great place to stay in the Surf City/North Topsail Beach area.

Great rental

House is perfect, seems everyone had their own bathroom and the location is great. Sit in the hot tub and look at the ocean. Highly recommend.

Great Place

The whole family enjoyed this home. Very clean, close walk to the beach. Kitchen could stand to have more/ updated pots and pans- was a bit difficult to cook for the whole group, but overall we loved the place and would stay again!

Great place!!!!!!!!!!!

My family had a wonderful time at this house. The most beautiful views of the ocean from the porch and kitchen. The amenities were great, everything you need in one place. So much space for a large family. This part of Topsil is my favorite, quite yet close to the fun. The host was easy to work with as well. We would stay here again. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ashdale Reunion

Property was as advertised. We had a large group and everyone enjoyed their stay. The refrigerator had some issues but the property manager quickly addressed the issue. We would stay there again.

Very nice house. Practically on the beach with unobstructed views of beach. Elevator was a game changer. We had our initial booking in Myrtle cancelled last minute by host on another site and quickly had to scramble and find a place for our family of 14. House ended up being better fit for our family than initial booking. Beach is great for small children to swim. House was stocked well, good kitchen. Clean. Great stay.

Lovely location

We had a family reunion using two homes on the street so location and space for lots of people was important for us. Fortunately we never got to the 17 people the place sleeps as that would have been tight (sofa bed not sleepable, kitchen and living area better suited for 8). Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels provided (though no one could confirm that they were on the property so we brought our own), and responsive to maintenance request for ac.

Great location and Property

Fantastic location and the property was perfect for a party of 6 adults - loads of space and options for accommodation. Property not as clean as it should have been on check-in; stove, BBQ and Hot Tub (charged as a premium) not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Other than very avoidable management issues, an excellent week on Topsail Beach !

Beautiful home as described.

Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have more pots and pans for larger groups. It got slightly tricky cooking with what was available although the basics were there. Overall, great time, beautiful home.
