This home is in an excellent location, very close to everything downtown. It is a “no frills” home which was fine given we were gone quite a bit.

Easy, no frills rental for a home base to move our daughter in for her freshman year. Great location to campus, and very clean place. Just keep in mind it’s a very bare bones rental. If you say 4 people are coming, they leave you exactly 4 bath towels. (no hand towels)The beds have decent mattresses, but they are essentially cots with a good single layer mattress.Keep in mind GPS will take you to the front of the house and the only parking is down a long alley behind all of the houses.

We were first told we would be able to check in early. When we got they're someone was in the middle of cleaning up a mess. She said the previous folks left it and absolute mess and had no clue that we were arriving early. She was nice. However we were disappointed we couldn't rest. She's allowed us to leave our bags so we went to get something to eat. When we got in, there were cookies and candies under the couch, someone's makeup left in the drawer, and found that some of the doors and fixtures were broken. Later one of our smoke detectors started chirping. I letter the host and the young lady who was cleaning (She left us her number). She brought back towels and batteries. We changed the batteries out that night and reset the system.Two nights later it started in again.

This property is sterile with hardly any furnishings or warmth. The beds were basic and uncomfortable with no extra pillows to the very thin pillows provided. When bedding stripped from beds there was no mattress pad/cover. There is zero comfortable seating in the house. There is a very cheap/basic/unclean couch. Floors were dirty and laundry left in dryer. Kitchen very minimal and we had to go out to eat vs. cook all our meals. We would have felt more comfortable in a hotel with their amenities and cost vs. spending the money to stay at this property.

Great place to stay for a short visit! Seems to be brand new. Not items in the cabinet, which was fine for us since we had plans. Communication could have been better, WIFI code and specifics listed upon arrival for guests. Great parking area. Overall, a great place to stay!
