Experience comfort and style in this stunning Lighthouse Tennis Villa in the heart of Sea Pines. Boasting a single floor layout with a living room, dining area, kitchen with granite countertops and a spacious balcony offers pool and lagoon views.
This second floor villa features a primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bath, and a large flat-screen TV, ensuring a luxurious stay. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet and an accompanying full bath with a walk-in shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area for an additional 2 guests.
The Sea Pines Resort offers three championship golf courses, including the legendary Harbour Town Golf Links — home of the PGA TOUR's RBC Heritage. Enjoy free tennis courts with complimentary racquets, beach chairs, beach towels and a community pool, making the ideal haven for your vacation. Your stay also includes one car pass for Sea Pines. Please let us know if you need an additional pass. Four adult beach cruiser bicycles provided by South Beach Bicycle Rentals await you at the unit, adding a touch of adventure to your exploration.
Positioned between the Shoppes at Sea Pines Center and Harbourtown, this villa grants you access to the vibrant pulse of Sea Pines. Conveniently located next door in Sea Pines Center is a trolley stop. The (seasonal) trolley will take you to Harbour Town, South Beach and Beach Club.
Welcoming up to two dogs, this villa caters to every aspect of your vacation desires.
We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible while staying in your "home away from home", that's why we include so many wonderful amenities such as linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, hand soap, foil, plastic wrap, sandwich size zip lock baggies, trash bags, a full selection of spices, coffee, tea, sugars, hot chocolate, body soap, shampoo & conditioner and of course a blow dryer in each bathroom.

The amenities were wonderful, this was beautifully decorated and kitchen had everything needed including a cupboard of spices and cooking oils. Holly was an excellent host .

The condo was beautiful and filled with everything you would need. The pool was perfect and the location was great. The bikes were a great addition and made getting around the island easy and fun. Holly was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick get away for family wedding
Very well stocked kitchen. Everything was as advertised, well stocked and property was very clean. The host did a great job with check in instructions and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us.

Great location. Close to pool, tennis courts, restaurants and biking trails. Condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Very comfortable beds and quiet bedrooms. Plenty of room for family to spread out in living room. View from the deck is beautiful and peaceful. Parking in front of unit. Rental better than advertised. Terrific and quick response/communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Sea Pines
The area was so beautiful and peaceful ! Plenty of places to walk and ride bicycles . The only drawback for us was the beach access was further away than we had hoped . The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well ! Great place to rest and recharge !

We totally enjoyed our stay. Holly has everything you can possibly need. We chose to cook instead of eat out and she has a fully stocked kitchen with any utensil you could possibly think of. It rained quite a bit so we didn’t use the pool but it looked terrific. The location is walking or biking distance to everything. It is very clean and there was plenty of room for us. We loved it! Will definitely stay again!

Hi! I grew up in Newport Beach, California and ran a vacation rental business in Yosemite National Park for almost 20 years enjoying hiking, skiing and river rafting. Now that my 3 children have completed college and are in Utah, Colorado and Texas, I have relocated to beautiful Hilton Head to be close to my mother. I am just loving, living my best life on this spectacular island!
