Birthday weekend

The property was exactly as pictured and met our needs. They provide the bare minimum for household items (one roll of toilet tissue, paper towels, wash cloths, towels, etc.) so if you’re staying more than 1-2 nights you should bring extra of the items you think you will need. We would stay again but would appreciate more household items readily available for the price. We have stayed at other rentals and it’s a nice touch to have extra towels, plates and just general household supplies for guests to use.

Dirty Property and Horrible Property Management

We checked in on Monday June 20th. I called earlier that day to see if we could do early check in, and was told the property was still being prepared. So when I walked into a place that hadn't been cleaned in weeks, I was livid. Beds had stains of blood, urine, dirt, food, juice boxes left inside of the couches, an alcohol bottle in the game room, floors were dirty, pool fence torn, trash outside of the property and the trash bin was full. Management sent over the cleaners the first time only for them to vaccum the bedspread that had dirt and food on the cover. No one provided new linens or washed anything. When I had to call again because of the beds being horrible, I was told they didnt clean those beds prior to 3 weeks ago. That is discussing. Additionally, what "cleaning" was being done when I asked to check in early. I would not recommend this place or management company at all. By the second day they offered to refund the cost of the stay but not the fees and we would have to pack up our group of 13 and leave immediately. We drove over 14 hours to FL for a family vacation. Our family cleaned the house and did not sleep in the dirty beds. The front desk sent a carpet cleaner to come steam clean the mattresses only after we went to the main office, which was 25 minutes away. I was also told I would be getting my cleaning fee back and still haven't received anything. Do not pick this property or this management company.

If you have an issue good luck getting it resolved

The hone and neighborhood are beautiful and very spacious for our group of 13 that stayed at the property. But the first night noticed our fridge/freezer weren't working properly along with the property not being cleaned properly before we got there. Our feet were black walking around on the floors the first night we were there, along with finding socks (not ours) under dressers and in closets and dirt and hair in multiple places that should've been cleaned. We called the office the second day of our stay to let them know about our fridge and the cleanliness of the property, by day 4 there was still no call back or maintenance person who showed up to fix the problem, called again. They said there was never an order put in to fix our fridge but they'd figure out what happened and to email our issues. No ever contacted me. On our return home I called again, spoke to another person was told to email again bc the last person gave me the wrong email and someone would contact me within 48hrs. That was a wk ago and since then I've gotten 1 email stating someone would call me by tuesday.... its Wednesday now. No one has called, no one tried to resolve our issues while there nor after we left. And still over a wk after our trip I'm still trying to get ahold of someone who can get me some answers. You all have beautiful homes but horrible customer service and pray nothing goes wrong with your house while staying bc it won't get fixed!

Amenities fell short

The house was nice and spacious but the amenities were almost non-existent. You can sleep 12 or more but you can cook for them! Very few lots and pans, could not even cook pasta for our family with one large pan! No baking dishes, no lid for blender, no dish towels, one wash cloth per bathroom , one hand towel per bathroom! Most bathrooms were for multiple people but one wash cloth, really! Stove burners are wired backwards, turn on the back , front heats up and vice versa, safety hazard! My family rents one to two homes a year for different vacations and never have we had such a large home with almost nothing to use in the home for cooking , cleaning or bathrooms! Very disappointed, will never rent with this company again!!
