• For safety, guests must submit a government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement before arrival.
• Starter supplies (toiletries, paper products, trash bags, soap) provided—refills not included.
• House Rules (smoking, pets, quiet hours, guests) apply strictly—violations may incur fees.
