Located across from Don Morse Park and within walking distance to downtown Chelan, this beautiful upper floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect spot for your vacation getaway. Step out to your own private balcony with sweeping views of Chelan and the Lake – a view that's hard to beat. This Lake Chelan vacation rental is located in an upper building at lovely Park Pointe Condominiums which offers access to an outdoor pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. Try your luck at the 18-hole putting greens just a few blocks away, dine at the many restaurants downtown, or spend the day wine tasting at one of the multiple wineries nearby. Bringing a boat? Chelan Marina and a public boat launch are within walking distance from your unit. Free WiFi is included. Kitchen is nicely appointed with k-cup and normal coffee maker so bring your K-cups.

My wife and I found the condo very clean and comfortable. The view was great close to the lake, walking mintues away from the town. The kitchen contain all necessary utensils for cooking baking and more very nice setup. Interaction with the HOA manager was very helpful during check-in, no interaction after that. We didn't use the pool, other families kids enjoyed the pool a lot. We would definetly use the property again. The covered parking was nice it kept the car cool, no burning seats when we used the car. WE had a great stay.

Quick fall visit

Everything very clean, neat, and comfortable. Little initial problem with finding parking spot but probably just me. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the morning view.

Super CLEAN, fantastic location!

The location is within walking distance to town, grocery stores, and restaurants. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Very well-stocked kitchen with supplies and nice cookware/utensils/knives! A dream vacation kitchen, really. BBQ on the deck worked great. My only very slight concern was that the A/C was limited to a lowest setting of 70 or there was danger of it not working at all. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed both! Would highly recommend and plan on staying here again during our next getaway to Chelan.

Terrible Communication

The condo was great, but the communication from the real estate company that owns it was terrible. We called several times over the course of the weekend, left several voice mails, and emailed once to inquire about the code to the pool (the one provide d in the check in material didn't work) and the possibility of a late check out. No response at all. Do better!

We sincerely apologize for our lack of communication. If you were calling after hours it should have been routed to an on call service and we have someone staffed to answer the phones daily from 9a.m. to 5 p.m.

Clean and convenient

This unit was one of the cleanest I've ever rented which was great with my young daughter. The location was convenient with only a short walk to the park and downtown.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival opened the door to a showroom, the unit was immaculate, tastefully decorated, bight and cheerful. Was happy to find that it was a very short walk to the heart of downtown Lake Chelan - perfect location. The little bit of road noise in the living/dining room did not make it to the bedrooms. Great find and looking at the calendar for a repeat stay in the near future
