The Beach Loft is a freestanding corner House featuring an open floor-plan, vaulted ceilings and sweeping ocean views from the third floor. Master En-suite bathroom w/Rainwater Shower, Double his and hers sinks, Freestanding Tub and Toto Neorest®. 1,700 s/f' interior space house and two small exterior decks.

Enjoy your morning coffee from the 3rd floor balcony while taking in the ocean view.

BBQ grill on the second floor balcony.

Smart home features Keyless entry, Toto Neorest® and Tesla charging port in the garage.

Cruise our complimentary bicycles on the oceanfront path that stretches for miles or walk along the strand during the day and watch the activity on the beach. An evening walk on the strand after dinner is sure to be a memorable experience.

Property was in a great location and had a real “beach feel”. Easy access and very convenient off street parking.Danny, the host, was awesome - very responsive and nothing was too much trouble.Would recommend the property for a short or long stay and the host was a pleasure to work with…5 stars

Had a great stay in manhattan beach! The house had great views and was walkable to a number of great restaurants and the beach. Loved having an EV charger at the house, too

Clean and comfortable with spectacular views

My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at Danny's VRBO. The house was modern, very clean, well maintained and well situated. We would recommend it and would love to rent it again.

A Little Piece of Heaven

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The views from upstairs were magical, and we loved the ocean breeze. The location is fantastic with easy walks into the main part of town, and down to the walking and biking trails. Can't beat the convenience of it. We made some great memories, and would love to stay here again.

Pleasant two bedroom condo, good location and short walk to the beach

Clean, pleasant place to stay. Two more beach chairs would have been nice as four of us were staying at the condo. It was extremely warm and an additional fan for the upstairs would have been appreciated. We understand that the weather was unusual. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were very nice.

Thanks for your feedback as we're always looking to improve our guest experience : We recently installed rolling blinds on the upstairs windows and double doors which keeps it much cooler. This is a single family house, not a condo.

There are NO panoramic views from the kitchen level. You’re literally looking at the back of another house. There are ocean “peeks” everywhere else. Upstairs is nice …other than the door to the outside staircase is impossible to lock. The couch up there is filthy. The walls are cracked and broken. The kitchen is well appointed -ish. It was definitely pictured to give a better impression than it is. From the views to the layout….

Simple comfort and incredible views

The house was well equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms were completely remodeled with high end features. The furniture is tastefully decorated for a beach loft. Owners were kind and respectful.

amazing house and perfect location in MB

The house was exactly what we wanted. My wife and I wanted a place close to the beach and the Manhattan Beach Pier. We were 3 streets from the beach and an easy job to the Pier (0.9 miles). I loved the multilevel house and could see the ocean from the top floor. We will definitely stay here again.

True beach house. Loved the high tech toilet! Owner was very communicative.Visit the Local Yoke for breakfast and OBs beach bar for drinks. Pancho's restaurant is excellent. All one block away on Highland. House was as described with no surprises. If this house is available,book it.. .

We had the most wonderful week in Manhattan Beach. Danny’s home was perfect and is a fantastic location with a short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed. We highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Lovely place to stay, truly a home away from home.

This home is very comfortable and the view from the loft is outstanding. The house is very clean and well equipped with anything you can possible need. The owner is very kind and accommodating with a very quick response time. The location is perfect, a short walk to beach, restaurants etc. The neighbors are also great, it is very safe and there is a very nice sense of community here. Would stay there again, or refer a friend in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Updated modern home, perfect MB location

My husband and I stayed here for just a few nights and wished we had extended our stay a few nights longer! This house is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood of MB, just two or three blocks up from the strand. It’s clean, relaxing, and gets tons of light - the views are fantastic (sunset in particular). It was the perfect getaway! Looking forward to staying here in the future.

Alma avenue is a highly sought after street in Manhattan Beach. The views are breathtaking. We love the proximity to the beach and small town charm. It's easy to access Los Angeles and has none of the traffic and noise of a big city.
