This house had a great view of the lake, plenty of space to sleep, and was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is so beautiful! The hot tub was huge and amazing. There is a great fire out and having access to the dock and kayaks made the trip so special. One thing to note is that there is no central AC but the primary bedroom and the living room had window units to help keep it cool. Such a good place, would highly recommend.

This home was absolutely perfect. GORGEOUS lake views from the many large windows in the home and deck, well stocked with anything you could need (loved the kayaks, bonfire pit, and hot tub!). The location is ideal - so close to many fabulous wineries and breweries. The hosts were 10/10 with communication and responses. This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes and we can’t wait to come back!

A great home with a beautuful lakefront view. We will visit again when it’s warm enough to enjoy the lake. The beds were comfy and everything we needed was provided.

Excellent location with amazing views and lake access! This home is a gem: comfortable beds, the kitchen had every pan, spice and utensil you need for home-cooking, you can enjoy the lake views from multiple locations on the property - even the hot tub (RARE find on lake front properties)! The hosts were gracious and communicative. I will definitely return!

Beautiful house! Perfect for our family vacation on Seneca Lake. We enjoyed kayaking, watching sunsets, using the hot tub, using the fire pit, and sitting on the deck. The house was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Ameann was an excellent host and always there to answer any questions that we had. She even left us bottles of wine in the fridge and icecream! The view is the best part. We enjoyed hiking and visiting several waterfalls and local wineries. Kayaking on the lake was another favorite part. Lots of great family memories from the week!

Perfect weekend getaway

The property was exactly as pictured and great for a long weekend with friends. House was clean, well stocked and all amenities were in working order. Check in/out was very easy and the host was very responsive. 10/10, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Lake Home

Loved our stay, enjoyed the dock and kayaks. The dogs loved swimming and being with us rather than having to have a kennel stay. Kitchen extremely well stocked and we had no need for anything.

Multigenerational Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. Guests ranged in age from 2 months to 90 years old. We loved the location, and the house was well-stocked with kitchen essentials, board games, and lake accessories. 10/10 experience!

Very nice lake house. Plenty of room. hottub was great. Nice to have all the kayaks, paddle boat, and canoe. Very quiet. Had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

Perfect getaway on Seneca!

We just returned from an amazing post-Christmas getaway with another family. The house was just as described - so inviting, tastefully decorated, and well appointed. The beds were so comfortable, too! You can’t beat the view or location, as it’s directly on the lake and less than 5 minutes to about 10 wineries and breweries. Will absolutely be back!

Overall, nice stay! It was very hot while we were there and a couple of fans for the basement would’ve been helpful. The house had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Our boys enjoyed the record player and collection of records!

So glad you enjoyed your stay and the records. We keep adding to the collection. There are two fans under the laundry table in the utility room downstairs. We have AC upstairs and the downstairs usually stay cool. Next time reach out but I will make sure to note where to find the fans in the welcome packet for other guests!

Family 2025

Had a wonderful family vacation with our dogs and three grown children. The house is stunning and the views are spectacular. Every comfort of home. Our host was very communicative and recommendations were spot on. Definitely recommend!
