Peaceful location right on the water, combined with amenities like a fitness room, beach and WiFi, it ensures a perfect stay for all. It has a 70 plus inch TV in lower family room with games for family to enjoy.
Off exit 32 on Kankamangus highway, it is the only waterside resort on the white mountains offering beaches, indoor pool, gym, lake view, mountain view and Pemi river.
Bike to north woodstock or Lincoln town centers to enjoy quaint dining places, hike the trails in the property or the 4000 footers of white mountains.

Deer park is a unique resort which offers crystal Clearwater where you can kayak canoe, paddle swim and just relax on the beaches along with an indoor heated pool spa and sauna. It offers a beautiful clubhouse with game rooms and balcony for the guest to enjoy the scenery. The shuttle to the ski mountains are on site on the schedule and offers immense convenience to ski lovers. The Pemi river flows through the property as well creating cascades and little waterfalls. I love rafting on the river.
