Great location, nice size unit and nice amenities (pool, kitchen, etc). Great place to stay for 3 nights allowing us to have active days and relaxing nights.

The condo worked great with having two bathrooms for my parents and our family of 3 for a long weekend. We loved the space!

Loved our stay at this condo. Everyone was kind at the location, and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to us with any questions we had. The location was located in a perfect spot for all the activities we planned. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were clean. The only issue we had was that as a woman who is always hot, having only the ac in the living room meant we had to leave the bedroom doors open even in the evenings. Thankfully it was cooling down in the mountains, so we were able to open the windows and that helped a lot. The A/C did cool the entire unit when we used it. (Only needed it for two days) Look forward to staying there again the next time we are in the area.

Nice and comfortable condo. We enjoyed our time visiting Lincoln. Host Steve was such a pleasure to work with, super informative and always there with communication if need be! Will definitely stay again when visiting that area in the future. TY! :-)

The place was nice, It was clean.It had most of the essentials that we needed make a meal. It came with dishes, drinking glasses, coffee cups, silverware, pots and pans etc. When we called the responded right away. We liked the location. We liked the decor I the place and pictures on the walls of skiing. I Ut gad 2 pools, a jacuzzi hot tub.A Game area. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place.

We had a great stay! The house and location were perfect for adventures in the area and the pools were a nice addition in the evening for a swim! Steve was super easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Odor investigated by property manager, determined caused by guest who was cooking and had nothing to do with my unit and totally unrelated to my unit.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great views from the windows of the ski trails on mountain. The location to the hiking trails and quaint mountain towns was excellent! Steve, the owner, is easy to get in touch with and is very helpful with suggestions on sights to see and any other information you would need!

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay here. We love Lincoln as it’s a great jumping off spot for a lot of mountain activities and river access across the street is a family favorite. The place was clean, kids loved the pool options and arcade after hiking all day long and it was just what we needed for a few days of mountain getaway.

Enjoyed the stay

Good location close to most anything you need. Steve, the host, is responsive. The complex is quiet so we enjoyed the stay.

Perfect location

Our family enjoyed the condo and it had all the amenities we were looking for. It was close to the White Mountains National Forest where we hiked. We would love to come back in the winter for skiing.

Condo was clean updated and perfect for our family. Amenities are fun - pool, jacuzzi, game room. Excellent spot in the white mountains. This was our 2nd stay here. There are carts and elevators making unpacking very fast and easy. The host was great he checked in a few times and was very responsive. Great trip great place to stay!

Great property in the middle of everything

Great property plenty of room for a family of 5. Pool & Game room were a bonus! Location was excellent. We will be back for sure!

If you need mountain lodging, this is the place.

The location was great. For a summer stay it was great for the activities in the region. If you are looking to stay in the winter for skiing, this spot is great. Indoor pool, outdoor pool and a hot tub. Gaming room and the village is within walking distance. Would stay again.

Great stay

The condo was great. Very comfortable and modern. Owner checked in with us to make sure we got in ok and see if we needed anything. Overall great experience!

Great condo in great location

Dont let the somewhat dated appearance and the old carpet smell of the building fool you; this condo is renovated floor to ceiling and in pristine condition. Its spacious and well equipped - i think the kitchen was better equipped than my own! Beds were comfy and the comfy sectional couch was spacious enough for our entire party of four adults and a preteen to lounge on. The location was great; a short little walk to town.
