Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Family had a great week staying in this beautiful room. Facilities and room were all clean and no issues the entire stay, we will be back!

Love the view from this condo! Property was neat & clean. Coffee maker worked great. Needed more wine glasses. Would be nice if there was a community ice maker instead of trays you need to fill up. We recommend this unit!

Review of RT 1702

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time! However, the elevator situation, mainly on the weekend was not ideal. For the size building there really should be another set on the other side. Going up really wasnt bad even with a long line because during peak time, they manned the elevators and packed people in. However going down was awful, waited upwards of 30 minutes for an elevator. Also the oven in the unit was awful. For such a tiny oven, youd think itd heat up fast. We had to crank it up to 500 just to get it up to temp of 375 and then we had to baby sit it and keep playing with the temperature.

Convenient Location, Lots of Amenities

The purpose of our stay was to be in the area that was dear to my sister who had passed away almost a year ago. She and her husband lived less than an hour away from Myrtle Beach. Her birthday fell on the weekend we visited and we decided to do a remembrance instead of a memorial for her passing. Our location and stay definitely served its purpose. Had we been there vacationing, we would’ve definitely enjoyed ourselves. The condo had 3 rooms and a pullout couch that accommodated us all. The deck view was nice but I’d recommend pressure washing it or adding some turf—otherwise having it was a treat and although we didn’t use it, there were beach chairs and I believe an umbrella on the deck. The unit was clean and was appropriate for our stay and anyone who plans on vacationing.
