Luxurious with Beautiful Ocean View

Three bedroom, two bath, oceanfront condominium, located on the 4th floor of Station One. There are two balconies (a large one off of the main living area, and a smaller one off master suite) overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Porcelain tile throughout with custom bathrooms. Wifi, and elegant furnishings. Kitchen recently updated, with new cabinets and granite counter tops! Kitchen was updated in 2015, and new living room furniture in 2016. All brand-new sliding glass doors installed in 2016. Ocean front, with onsite pool, tennis court, and location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and groceries.

****STATION ONE IS A NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT. No smoking indoors or outside on the property.

A seaside oasis

The condo is lovely and in a fun part of Wrightsville Beach. The owner was very responsive to an issue that needed addressing, got it taken care of quickly, and was very gracious. We had a relaxing fun time here.

Awesome location

The unit was exactly as described! Easy beach access, beautiful pool area, within walking distance to restaurants. Very well equipped in the kitchen also.

Beautiful place! The views were amazing! Great location - able to walk to several restaurants. Perfect location for the triathlon if you have a Sherpa. Would 100% stay here again!

On the beach

Tho check-in was slow due to problems with the last renters, we were not at all upset and communication with the owner was wonderful and situation was resolved quickly. The property was located right on the beach and the facility was wonderful. We were here to visit our son and his family and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Can’t beat it

We have stayed here multiple times now for an annual girls trip and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The location to everything is so convenient. The owner is more than accommodating and is quick to respond with questions. Can’t wait to go back next year

5th time staying here

Can’t go wrong with this unit. Janet, the owner is great! Always clean, stocked kitchen, not to mention the view and location. Communication is always quick. Will be back next year for sure!

Amazing, will be back!

Janet’s condo was perfect for us, it was very clean and the location cannot be neat. It’s walking distance to beach restaurants, coffee, wings, etc. Janet was also very responsive and super sweet! The condo is very secure as well, 24-7 security and keys to get inside pool, building, etc. Will definitely stay again!

Well done!

Janet’s condo was cozy, clean and accommodating making our six day stay there very comfortable and homey. Everything you would expect to be naturally provided, was available for us to use. The ocean facing view was breathtaking and the short walk to the beach was not. It was everything I was hoping. Again, well done!

Perfect place for a beach getaway!

I've been coming to Wrightsville Beach for family vacation for 25+ years. For my 35th birthday, I took my husband and a few friends here. The condo was absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious and an incredible balcony overlooking the beach. I loved sitting out there and watching the waves before everyone else was awake. We had plenty of space to cook and eat together, and while we spent most of our time on the beach itself, it was a wonderful place to return to in the evening. Janet Cherry was lovely in her communications and easy to work with, as was everyone we met at Station One. I would not hesitate to contact Janet again to stay here again for another vacation.

Great family time together

The view and location on the beach was perfect! The owner and staff were very friendly to work with. The condo was clean and cheery. We did have trouble using our keys to enter all the security doors which was frustrating. So did other guests. Mgmt was working on them. Condo could use new towels and new light bulbs. Overall it was a homey place to gather with family! Thanks

Excellent location but watch out for the floors

This unit was at an excellent location offering direct beach access and was within walking distance to many conveniences. The building required keys to enter and exit the parking lot/pool/game room/main entrance/and individual unit. This was very inconvenient making us think that the location was not as safe as it seemed. The unit has more than the expected amount of wear and the tile floors collected condensation and became as slippery as ice. Overall we had a nice stay at Wrightsville beach but I will look elsewhere for our next visit.

This has been my family's vacation home for almost 15 years. I recently moved to Wilmington from Fayetteville, NC, and now only live about 10 minutes from Wrightsville, so I decided to rent to responsible people that will respect my property and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as much as we have! I have spent my entire life vacationing in this area and also was a graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington, only minutes away. I am usually minutes away in the event that you need information or assistance!

I became the owner of Unit 4B after the unfortunate passing of my mother, and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy such a prime piece of real estate in the absolutely most desirable location of Wrightsville Beach.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Station One is centrally located within walking distance or a short drive to many wonderful restaurants. There are a wide variety of activities. We have tennis courts on the property, a small basketball court, plenty of gas grills on the ground floor for grilling out, ping pong, a lovely swimming pool, and even an entertainment room that can be reserved for larger gatherings. There are washers and dryers right down the breezeway. Wrightsville beach has a wonderful walking/jogging 'Loop' that is approximately two and a half miles long, that encircles the middle of the island. There is a storage room for bicycles, and a few that can be checked out at the office.
