The Greenhouse Effect is a home away from home. Get ready to relax in this lovely 4-bedroom house in Corpus Christi. The house features an entire space with four bedrooms, five beds, and two full bathrooms. This adorable property includes 1 king bed, 1 twin bed, 1 child bed, and 2 queen beds, perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. There is a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. With amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and a cozy living room with a futon, guests can unwind after a day of exploring. A charcoal grill is on the patio in the fenced backyard. The small closet in the hallway and garage stays locked for storage purposes. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower for ultimate relaxation. In both bathrooms, the shower heads have LED lights that adjust to water temperature. The ceiling fans have LED lighting with remote control settings. There is a green light/LED light effect throughout the entire home. The space is very unique with artificial plant walls for good energy and good vibes.

Golf Trip!

Stayed at the Greenhouse Effect for a boy's golf weekend. Not only eas the place perfect for us but conveniently located in the city. The owner, Megan, was phenomenal and quickly answered our questions! It's a must stay

Green house bums

It was so easy to get in house but hard to leave we had such a comfortable stay the house was so a at home feel stores like blocks away just an amazing stay overall

Unfortunately, while we had access to the fenced back yard the weeds impeded it actually being useable. Apparently the lawn is mowed on Friday. We checked in on Tuesday and left on Friday, the weeds were 8-10” high throughout the back yard. No exterior lights except for a few sad solar pathway lights kept us from safely moving in the backyard at night. Nightly “palmeta” bugs in the master bedroom, expected but still surprising. Overall, an okay place to sleep.

Our family enjoys going to the beach, outdoor activities, and being active. We love to travel the world. Usually, wherever we travel, we book a short-term rental to stay at. We are excited to open our home to all travelers!

It is a safe, quiet neighborhood, and a good community. Neighbors are nice and respectful. Pretty central to everything. 10 minutes away from Ocean Drive, 20-25 minutes from North Beach and Whitecap Beach, and 40 minutes from Port Aransas.
Not far from the mall, golf course, or downtown.
