The house was well maintained and had everything we needed. We had 2 families traveling with kids and there was so much room for everyone. Host was terrific with responding to any questions we had.We would absolutely stay here again.

Kristi, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The house was in the perfect location to visit Mesa Verde and Canyons of the Ancients. It was quite and private. The house has everything needed. The fall touches were appreciated. It is the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. . The master bed was very comfortable.

Family Christmas Trip

We had a large family group stay the house and we had plenty of room! The house was clean and had amazing views! We absolutely loved our stay!!

The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well-kept. We loved the views and the sunroom! It was a little tricky to find, but super spacious. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent place to stay. We had 8 in our party and the house was big enough that we had plenty of space to move around. Great deck with comfortable sitting. Plenty of sleeping beds. My grandkids loved the house. Even though I brought my own washing machine soap the host provided it. Check in was so easy and our host was great.

We loved our stay in Cortez. The property was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 4 children. We made day excursions to Mesa Verde, Durango/Silverton, Farmington, NM and had a very memorable time. This accommodation was perfect for our trip. We'd stay her again in a heart beat.

Beautiful home. Great views. Deer came into the yard most mornings. Enough room for everyone to have space. Great kitchen and comfortable beds. Good for family gatherings. Close to everything in Cortez.

The check in was super easy and the house so clean. It was a great area and so oeacefule and quiet. We sat on the deck and enjoyed real quiet time to refresh. Thank you for sheing your home and making our stay so wonderful.

Very convenient! Great family stay.

Very clean and spacious. Had extra family that needed a place to stay and they felt very comfortable here. Roomy enough to support large gatherings if needed. Definitely would rent again.

Birding and hiking at Mesa Verde

Loved the space! The deck was comfy and we saw lots of bird action. The kitchen and dining areas were nice, but the sunroom didn’t have any furniture in it. Over all, we had a fantastic vacation!

MESA VERDE

Your house was in a perfect location to Mesa Verde and stores. If your older, like we all are, there is a lot of up and down stairs. And a night light by the bed would be nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing rental!

Beautiful modern house, inside and out. Very nice appliances and features. Kids loved playing badminton in the grassy yard and watching the stars from the back deck! Very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Wish we could have stayed longer. There are a lot of steps/stairs inside if someone is mobility challenged.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! Every thing we hoped for and more! We felt Cortez would be an excellent location to visit some of the National parks and this home was perfect, The kitchen was spacious and everything for meal preparation was at hand. Great family stay!

We loved this place! It had a very unique design. Lots of levels and stairs and lofts and landings. It had plenty of sleeping areas and worked perfect for our 2 families. The kitchen was stocked, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable. We loved that it was far enough out of cortez to be quiet and the night sky was beautiful but it was so close to town and mesa verde. We did struggle to find it, so you need to follow the directions the hosts gives very closely, not GPS. We missed a turn and were off in the boomies. We'd stay here again!

The home was beautiful, and you wake up to a gorgeous view of the San Juan mountains every day. There are plenty of beds to spread out, but one in the basement (nearest the bear rug) needs longer slats, as it continued to drop in between the frame. The adult beds were very uncomfortable as well, like sleeping on plywood. I think I slept better when we tent camped. The property itself, however, was exactly as described.
