We used the property for a weekend trip to Mesa Verde it was relatively close to the entrance to Mesa Verde and had all the equipment for an enjoyable weekend.Lots of deer and birds in the area and a couple friendly dogs visited throughout the weekend The pellet stove warmed the house up quickly when it was a little chilly

The cabin was very clean and spacious. Everything you needed to cook, do laundry or anything else you can think of to make the cabin feel like home was provided! The view from the back porch was very nice and relaxing! Joe and Shelly were very helpful with places to eat and tour to help maximize our time there.

This was the cutest home with amazing views. It was clean and the host made everything feel like home. Our dog loved being able to run free in the yard. Loved watching the deer in the evenings. We will definitely book again.

Great Cabin

This was a great cabin to stay at. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and close to the mountain bike trails. We'll be back to stay again for sure.

Beautiful property and lovely hosts. It's a very spacious house with everything you need. Our family of four was quite comfortable. We loved the back porch and the very relaxed feel. So thankful for these places we can go to visit!

great location!

This is a fun old farmhouse that has been remodeled. It is in a private and excellent location with space to yourself, tons of parking, and amazing 360 views. We would come here again!

Very comfortable

We had such a nice weekend at this house attending a family reunion in the area. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Definitely look forward to having an opportunity to stay there again.

The cabin had all of the comforts of home meaning that all we had to buy was food. All cookware, utensils and everything else was provided. There were plenty of bed linens and towels. Mainly the cabin was clean.

house and views were amazing deer 20 yards from back pourch daily. house was gorgeous fully supplied. owners checked with us several times to make sure everything was great. we all loved it

Place to unwind and enjoy

We came in for a wedding and needed a certain amount of space and separate sleeping areas. This was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed. Host was responsive. Enjoyed our short stay

Great place to stay if you like quite country life it is the place to be.

The house is old but very well furnished with everything that you would need. Very comfortable nice views form the dinning table.. The house smelled wonderful the whole week we were there. We Loved it. and the host could not have been better

Cozy cabin lived up to its name

Our family enjoyed the peacefulness and adventure of this cozy cabin. We saw deer and turkey and the owner’s friendly pups. The one was fun. The kids loved the foosball table. We loved eating on the back porch and star gazing at night.

Mesa Verde

The property was clean and well stocked. The owner takes extra steps to make sure her guest are comfortable. The cabin was close to Mesa Verde.

Mancos Stay

The house was very clean. The view from the back porch was amazing with plenty of deer as well. It was pretty hot when we stayed and a fan would have helped pushing the air from the water cooler but it did cool down later at night. Overall, the property is nice, quiet and in a great location.

The cozy cabin was just what we needed for our family vacation. Shelly came down one night and visited with us and we asked her about Telluride and we are so glad she told us to park at Mountain Village and ride the gondola over to Telluride. It was fun to ride and the views were amazing! If you go you need to eat at Brown Dog Pizza. It was the best pizza we’ve ever had. The cabin was centrally located so we were able to go to Mesa Verde, Four Corners, Telluride and Ouray. We loved the peaceful nights sitting out on the deck enjoying a great view of the mountains. We loved how Shelly decorated it also. We would definitely stay again.

Pleasant pastoral setting

The place was clean and quiet and close to Mesa Verde. It had a slightly quirky construction with uneven floors and you need to watch your step when moving between rooms (some were additions and at slightly different elevations). But everything worked well. There’s a covered patio in back with a great view.

Cabin

Are experience at this cabin was very nice, it has a beautiful front and back yard and was very relaxing to set some lawn chairs out under the shade tree and enjoy the peace and quiet.We couldn’t ask for anything else, easy access into the home and was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cabin has a game room with game and even a corn hole game to play .We had an opportunity to meet our hostess and all that I can say is she is an amazing lady. I hope to see her again.Thank you Shelly.
