Great Location...Disappointing Quality
Before arriving, the communication was very clear and prompt with the management company. Once we entered the apartment, we went through to check for any damages that had not been previously mentioned. We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the space and lack of attention to details. There were broken blinds, holes in the wall, air filters that were beyond needing changed and the dishes still appeared to be dirty. When we went to use the provided computer monitor for a business call the next morning, we discovered the HDMI cable was shredded at the input spot making it unable to use. On the second afternoon, when we entered the apartment, the entire place spelled like marijuana. The stench was so strong we had to leave the front door open for over 30 minutes because it made both of us nauseated. We do know someone was staying upstairs and kept unusual hours. Lastly, we began requesting an extended checkout time over 24 hours prior to us leaving knowing there was not anyone coming after us since we had been asked mulitple times to extend our stay. Direct (unautomated) comunication ceased. We began to get nervous when we still had not heard anything on the morning of our departure, so we directly called both phone numbers we were given and waited over 2 hours to hear back. We were then told we would be charged 200 for the late notice. We refused the charge and management finally did wave the charge. Overall, I would recommend this place for location ONLY!
