Penthouse Ski Condo with Balcony and Magnificent Views

With 2 main bedrooms, a huge loft with 3 beds, a pull out sofa, and three levels/floors, this condo easily sleeps ten people - ideal for a big family vacation or two families to share.

Lower Level:
The two bedrooms are on the lower level; the master bedroom has a large king bed, fireplace, and it's own HDTV. The other suite has a queen bed and HDTV. Both bedrooms have amazing views of the pines and snow. Also on the lower floor is a full bathroom with 6-person steam shower - perfect after a long day on the slopes!

Main Level:
The main level is the living and dining areas and another bathroom. The gourmet kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, and other essentials you could need. The dining room has a large farm table and it's own fireplace to keep you warm. The living room has two large couches (one pull-out) and a reclining love seat, situated around amazing views of the ski area and an HDTV to watch one of the over 100 movies at the condo.

Loft:
A spiral staircase leads to the large loft area with 3 beds (one queen and two twin beds) that overlooks the living area. A full bathroom and television allows the kids/teenagers to self-contain themselves while parents relax downstairs or in their lower level bedroom.

Location, location, location!
Park your car at the condo or take a shuttle in from the airport and then the rest of your stay is in walking distance. In the winter, it is under 5 minutes to walk to the Quicksilver Superchair and the ski school - from here you can access all of the Breckenridge resort ski trails. Best of all, avoid paying resort prices for lunch by coming home to the condo midday. Main Street is also less than a 5 minute walk and offers dozens of dining options, shopping, playgrounds, and grocery stores. The pool and four hot tubs are below the condo balcony and offer a great way to relax after a hard day of skiing or hiking. Per Breckenridge Town Code, Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 8.

Our new heated pool, 4 hot tubs, and pool house opened for the 2018-19 season after a $1.6 Million replacement. The pool house has showers and changing rooms to avoid making the freezing cold run back to the condo in a wet swimsuit!
