This is probably the most beautifully updated home we have rented (and we’ve rented A LOT), in an up-and-coming area of Waco. We appreciated the close proximity to Baylor and plan to look for this property again when we return with our mini Aussie dog.

Communication with the host was exceptional! She answered all our questions promptly. We had a couple spiders in the house and only told her to be prepared for their next guests. She offered for her husband to come out and spray which was so nice. The house was beautiful, updated and so comfy. Plus, it came with to everything we needed like toilet paper, toothbrushes and toothpaste if we forgot and everything else. If we ever come back to the Waco area we will use this host!

This little house was perfect for our girls' trip! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. It is a mostly direct shot to Homestead Heritage and just across the river from the Silos. The host was very responsive when I couldn't get into the house (user error all the way!) I would stay here again if in the area.

This home was very neat and clean. The home contained plenty of room and was equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. WiFi, games and books were great.
