The condo was in a perfect spot. Had beautiful views, clean,etc. Host answered all my questions in a timely manner. Parking is a little difficult. Located next to everything you would like to do. Would definitely let others know and promote business. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This apartment was right on the beach with the most amazing views. The unit itself was very clean and pleasant. We had a very nice weekend here and would definitely come again.

Blissfully Beautiful

Amazing access to the beach and pompano Joe's, Very nice and laid back no disorder on the beach a huge plus and pet friendly Excellent. Like a little piece of paradise away from home but feels like Home.

Absolute perfection!

Unit was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location could not have been better. Pompano Joes was a short walk down the beach...perfect for happy hour!

We had a wonderful time. The complimentary umbrella and chair service really made a huge impact on enjoying our time on the beach. The cleanliness of the bnb was top notch. I will say though it is equivalent to staying a hotel. Not super cozy. I get it though being on the beach with the ocean and sand you want minimal to keep clean. They do have a wine opener for all my fellow winos out there I know it's always good to know. The bed is small and not super comfortable but the sheets were soft. It's small but perfect for two people and you are literally on the beach can't beat that! The walls are thin so you will hear the neighbors and their dogs as the bnb on both sides allows pets. The parking is a nightmare !!! You are with in walking distance to restaurants which is super nice. All in all it was a great stay with just a couple cons. We stayed in mid August and the weather was perfect and water was super clear!

Overall, this was an amazing stay! The views from the balcony are incredible. The condo has everything you need (except pot holders and hand soap). This condo has three levels and you can definitely hear lots of walking above. We had a sound machine and it helped a lot. Parking is SUPER tight, so I highly recommend driving a compact or small car. James is super responsive and came by in minutes when we were having issues with the TV not turning on due to the plug not working. Highly recommend this condo for a couple traveling with small kids and/or pets.

great beach access

The property was just what we needed for our weekend stay. As a vacation property owner myself I wanted to point out a few things so the owners can be made aware. I appreciated plenty of towels and beach towels too. The only thing I saw missing in the kitchen was wine glasses. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful beach and the chairs were perfect. Great place for happy hour. The bath tub faucet is loose and needs to be tightened. There are some batteries missing out of one of the remotes in the living area. Other than those few very fixable things the location was great and the beach access was ideal.
