AMAZING VIEWS of Siesta Key Beach and Gulf. 5th floor corner unit 2br/2ba

Just a five-minute walk across Beach Road to Siesta Key's world-famous beach! This fifth floor 2bd/2ba corner unit offers an abundance of sunlight with views of the crystal white sands of Siesta Key Beach. The condo also includes two balconies that add significant space for watching the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine while catching a beautiful sunset. The condo has an open floor plan which includes a kitchen, with all the conveniences of home, seating for six in the living room and dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. All linens, bath, beach and pool towels are included. A full-size washer and dryer are also available in the unit. High speed wireless internet, cable TV and a DVD player further complement this great space. If a beach day is not on the agenda, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, play tennis or pickleball on one of the two courts or just relax in the comfort of a chaise lounge on the pool deck. A BBQ grill and covered picnic area are also located in the communal pool area. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys are also provided in the unit. Assigned covered parking. Siesta Key Village is just a short ride away on the FREE trolley that will pick up and drop you off right outside of the condo. If you are interested in getting some exercise, it is about a 20-minute walk to the village. The village offers restaurants, shops and plenty to do during the day or evening. This is a smoke free and pet free property.
Kitchen includes: blender, toaster, K cup and full-size coffee maker, ice maker, microwave oven.
Additional amenities: hair dryers, assorted beach chairs, boogie board, tennis racquets, pool noodles and misc. beach toys.

Excellent location

Excellent location my family with two small children had an excellent stay. Walking distance to beach, laundry on site, beautiful views. Would definitely return in the future Everything we needed was included, we were able to cook dinners and enjoyed the short walk to the beach.

Enjoyable stay at this Siesta Key condo

We particularly enjoyed the location - within walking distance of the beach, and free transport to the Siesta Key Village. Lots of good eating places - we particularly enjoyed Gilligan’s and My Favorite Pub - great atmosphere in both places.

Relaxing stay

Great location and amenities

Directly across the street from the main Siesta Key beach access. Tons of pool/beach towels, chairs, toys for kids, etc. The facility is a little dated, but we had everything we needed for a wonderful week in Siesta Key. I would highly consider staying here again!

Perfect location to the beach and not a far walk into town. The condo was equipped with all things needed to stay and to use at the beach. Communication with the host was very easy.

Wonderful stay

Great location to the beach! Can either walk to Siesta Key Village or take a trolley. Nice warm pool. Michelle was wonderful to work with, quick to respond to messages.

Our stay was amazing, the condo was even better than we expected. Amazing views from both balconies! Perfect location walking distance to all local hotspots. Condo has all the comforts of home including chairs and umbrella for the beach. Will definitely be booking again next year!

Excellent Beach View

We had a little rocky check in but Michelle handled the situation exceptionally well. Really enjoyed the condo. Views of the ocean and Sarasota from the all glass walls on 2 sides of the condo were amazing, especially sunsets and lightning storms. Thanks again Michelle for your assistance and professionalism.

Very nice condo with a great view of the ocean.

The condo met all our needs, was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from the living room were great. The Siesta Key Beach was just across the street. The only non positive was the instructions to wash and dry all the dirty laundry before leaving. We weren’t sure if that meant the sheets, so we got up early to launder them, then hurried to catch our plane. We had a great time and would highly recommend this condo.

our house at the beach

rental was very clean and comfortable. it’s a 3 min walk across street and beach parking lot and 7 min more to get to the gulf ocean. bring your own kcups if you drink coffee and foil if you want to heat up a pizza or something in the oven. one suggestion to owner would be to get softer toilet paper for guests to use. but otherwise would recommend friends to stay here. michelle was prompt in responding to a few questions we had prior to flying there. thank you

Our Home Away From Home - With Spectacular Sunsets!

We were very pleased with our stay. Over the past several years, we've stayed at other condos at the same complex as well as other properties, but the views and ease of this property are a step above the rest. Michelle was very prompt and easy to work with which made the entire experience enjoyable. The condo is well-equipped so would accommodate an individual, couple, or family. Having a cup of coffee in the morning and being able to look out over the sands at Siesta Beach was a great way to start each day. Love the Keurig! Watching the sunset from the deck was the highlight of each day. The panoramic views are exquisite. If your travels take you to Florida to absorb the sunlight, you'll appreciate this condo. The floor to ceiling wrap around windows and sliders provide a tremendous amount of natural light. For your beach experience, there are beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella along with a cart to easily get it all over to the beach. Michelle, thank you for providing a wonderful home away from our home.

Welcome to our Siesta Key condo! This property has been in our family since 2004 and has been listed on VRBO since 2015. For many years we had a property manager; however, we have decided to host it ourselves going forward. We will be moving from the Bold North (Minnesota) to Sarasota later this year. We will then be conveniently located near Siesta Key. Until that time, we have hired a very capable concierge to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. You may have even visited our VRBO site in past years. We were fortunate to have hosted many wonderful guests that left positive reviews. When we decided to manage the property ourselves, we were able to take our "Exceptional" rating and our Premier Host status with us.

Our family first visited SK in 1994 and have been coming every year since. Siesta Key has much to offer in addition to the sugar sand beach. After a twenty-minute walk to Siesta Key Village you will find a variety of small restaurants, boutique shops and a variety of vendors that rent bicycles, scooters and the like. If you're not interested in walking, you can ride any of the FREE trolleys that run to and from the village. The trolley stop is right in front of our building! There is so much to do off the Key as well. You can visit Myakka River State Park, rent a pontoon or jet ski at Island Tours on Casey Key and boat the intercoastal, shop at nearby St. Armand's Key or visit the John Ringling Circus Museum just to name a few.
