Lovely condo on the beach with a view of the ocean. Close walk to several restaurants and dock to take sunset cruise. Walmart delivers groceries if you don't have a car. Trolley stop nearby to go to The Village at Siesta Key. Condo had beach towels and provided lounge chairs from Crescent Arms. Great to have noodles and some chairs and toys if needed. Beach had gentle waves so floating was great. Water super warm in Sept and I really enjoyed collecting seashells. Overall a great vacation and quiet location during our stay

Exactly what is listed. Great beach, within walking distance of restaurants and a trolley ride away from the village. We would return.

Beautiful beach, quite area, ideal vacay spot!

This condo is clean, comfortable on a gorgeous white sand beach. Yet close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Ideal!

Perfect location for a beach getaway. The apartment was beautiful and had a real nice view of the beach and the ocean. Shops and restaurants are located just around the corner and easy to reach. Check-in and Check-out process were very easy and explained clearly. Everything was very clean. We had a great time!

This unit was very clean. The instructions were clear and we had no problems. This would be a 5 star with just a few maintenance issues. Nothing major just a few adjustments.

The floors were filthy, our feet were black on the first day. The paint on the trim and door ways were worn. Bathroom countertops and sinks were dirty as well- didn’t seem like they got wiped down. Front door mat had paint foot stains. Blinds were half broken and didn’t work well.

Great stay

Great location. Beautiful beach! Sand was so soft! Close to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend checking out jungle gardens and the mote aquarium!

Lisa at Sunnyside Properties very nice and helpful. The condo was ok but the pictures did it more justice than it actually was. The lanai, view and beach were lovely but the building and the condo was quite old and worn.

We're always sorry when a guest doesn't have a perfect stay. This unit is in a great location with a "million dollar view." While not a new complex, it is well maintained...we try to always have up-to-date pictures so guests know what to expect. This is one of our favorite spots!!

Wonderful stay

ENJOYED the property and location. Beach was beautiful minus red tide😢 but family enjoyed the pool. Condo was supplied with anything you needed. Will come back again.

Couples vacation

The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The master bdrm was great but the 2nd could have been a tad better. The Qn bed was not very comfortable for adults. The pool was beautiful, the area was perfect. Would stay again

Very Nice Facility

Really great beaches and very nice condo unit. The building hallways and elevator were older and not aesthetically pleasing, but most of our time was spent on the beach. The location is very good. Quiet area, and a quick walk or ride to several restaurants.

We had an excellent time. Condo and complex were great. I have been coming down to Siesta Key since I was a little boy. This is the first time we stayed on Crescent Beach. We typically stay at a complex on Siesta Beach. We won’t be going back to Siesta Beach due to how much we enjoyed our stay in Crescent Arms 404N. We look forward to staying for our future visits to Siesta Key. Thank you for sharing your property.

August 2023

We have stayed at this Crescent Arms Condo complex for the past 4 summer vacations. This is the first time we stayed in this condo and it has everything you need for a great vacation. It has a great beach view along with a beautiful sunset on the beach. We would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful!

The condo was stocked with everything we could need from pots and pans, beach toys, towels, etc. It was beautifully furnished and maintained. Gorgeous view from the balcony of the beach and ocean! Other family members were staying in different condos and all complimented how nice our condo was. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect

Condo was accurately described in listing. The location is perfect, walking distance to eat, ice cream, shops and trolley to the village. Lisa the property manager was great to work with. Take your own fan if you use one to sleep, master bedroom did not have darkening blinds so it was bright early!

Great location!

Everything was great but the condo needed to be cleaned better. The floors were dirty. Especially the bathrooms. There was hair everywhere. And mold on the shower wall. I would expect better when I’m paying a large cleaning fee. Also did not appreciate the cleaning people taking my things out of the dryer when it still had 20-30 minutes of time left that I paid for!!

This unit is professionally cleaned and the cleaning management is available to promptly address anything our hardworking cleaning staff may have missed. Our cleaning people do not use the on-site laundry.

Great beach view, walking distance to a few restaurants which is convenient. We stayed for three consecutive weeks in April. Kitchen was lacking with utensils such as no pot holders, dish drainer for sink, only 2 teaspoons and 6 tablespoons. Dishes, mugs and glass wear were fine. We had to clean some utensils, pans, inside of cabinets before use as they were dirty. Louvered doors and plants were cleaned by us due to excessive dust. Broom was nasty as well as hand broom. Vacuum pushes sand around rather than sucks it up so the broom was used daily after we cleaned it. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of linens were provided. Countertops and table surfaces were all clean as well as bureaus and bedside tables. Living, dining and patio ares were clean and comfortable. Slider to patio was difficult to open upon arrival but the host’s maintenance guy came out to fix it almost immediately after we called. He was thorough and friendly. Cabinets are showing wear and cabinet over stove had a loose hinge so door didn’t close without manipulating it. A small tool kit would be handy. We were comfortable overall and enjoyed our time there but I would look for a different unit for our next stay. Host is very responsive but they are in Texas and someone really needs to do a thorough inspection and assessment.

We appreciate feedback so we can immediately address any issues. Unfortunately, items like pot holders and flatware disappear from week to week and we don't always catch it on same day turnovers. We encourage guests to contact us for any issues so we can promptly address them! We have done a thorough inspection and addressed these and other minor issues.

Great property with nice beach views

It was a comfortable beach rental with a great view. Nice beach that’s busy but not so packed that’s it’s uncomfortable. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen equipped well for rental. A few things I wish I had known. Tv is only low definition. Hard to watch football games. There also is no Roku or streaming device on the TV. That wasn’t ideal for the New Year’s Eve games. My first time to siesta key and biking on island didn’t seem safe but a short ride to Sarasota and the Legacy Trail is first class. Pompano park is best place for pickleball which is about 10 minutes away and right on the trail. Parking in complex is tight. You will get very proficient at parking in tight spots here.

Great view

Our 1st trip to Siesta Key and at this condo and we were very pleased with our unit and the beautiful view. The owners had this place stocked with everything which was much appreciated! We definitely will be back

Relaxing home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is easily accessible and the view and sound of the ocean is so relaxing. Very comfortable condo with everything we needed.
